Bought Canon camera paid and never received, scam , dont use

Team is amazing , we called them to our office for network troubleshoot & they fix it on time .

Fraud/Scam. Take your money and no service will be provided. Ordered Lens and did not arrive. Stay safe.

i bought a canon lens for someone but it never arrived it is a scam dont use

recently bought Sony A7iii ,they delivered next day.

Order a camera lens from this portal.

They telling that send the lens to my ordered address by 03 Sep 2018, till date(01/01/2019) its is not delivered to me. In mid of October i asking for refund the money till date not even single pence return to my account its almost 3 months gone. I am sending couple of mails to the info@guricameras regarding order status and refund status... No response and no respect from the delle.

It's a person who is simply passing the time. My money £240 also gone.

Please don't trust this guri cameras or guri broadcast from online or thru FB ads.

My wife purchased Canon 5D mark ii camera (£420)from this website on 17th August and made the direct bank transfer on the same day( should have used paypal instead}. He said he will send email confirmation and receipt and process our order asap. we waited till 21st when didn't hear anything from him ,my wife messaged him for an update. He said he was having server issue and website is down as a result delay in processing{ fair enough}.
When Iwedidn't hear anything till 24th she messaged him again and he said same reason and will compensate small amount for the delay but we should receive my item in next 2 days. When wife started messaging him a lot he said we should wait till pm next day {Saturday}. we believed him and waited for the post to arrive . It did not come.
On 25th wife asked him about what postal service he used. After much pestering he said Hermes and that he was happy to give us details{ He never did}.
Wife messaged him again and he sent her snapshot of the tracking number of royal mail{ he contradicted himself about the service}. We checked with the Royal mail with the given tracking number and found out it was not even our parcel. So he gave us false information which is unacceptable.
On 28th he said he will refund {after lot of messages } and will cancel the order{ He contradicted himself} He wouldn't have said he will refund if he had actually posted the item!!!!
After lot of messages he said on 29th that money is already refunded into our account which he asked to provide.. He said he used BACS payment method so will take 2-3 days to receive, and we believed him again. We waited , waited and still waiting from the time he said he has sent my refund which is from 29th .I have been trying to contact him on his website number which is never received { he says its active but its not} and he said he will give her his mobile number so they could talk but it goes to voice mail every time.
If she message him he still says the same thing over and over again that she will get the refund soon and asap. But other than that he has nothing to offer .
I know i will not get my money back as this was my earlier birthday present from me to my wife . It was very expensive lesson on our behalf. Still find hard to believe that we have been scammed ...£420 gone.

SCAM, don’t even bother. Bought a canon 24-105mm the item never came, had a chat with a representative of the company after a million phone calls he said that it would take 2 days to deliver but still nothing was delivered. had to ask PayPal for a refund.

I purchased a camera from them in March 2017 and never received it. After lots of chasing ups, I received a partial refund but there is still £700 outstanding.

They promised to pay me back but never did, and even went as far as sending me a screenshot of putting in my bank details in the online transfer form, but of course never actually sent the money. Eventually they stopped responding to any communication.

I am in the process of taking them to small claims court. Please avoid this company at all costs.

Regarding the date, I purchased a Sony a7sII on your eBay shop (which of course doesn't exist anymore) on 16 March 2017. I've had email exchanges with your owner through your company email address right from the start and we know it is definitely you. I was made to pay three separate invoices, two of which were eventually refunded but there is one still outstanding after all this time. I spent months chasing, during which time your new website was built, and your owner even once suggested a 10% discount if I wish to purchase anything else from your company. Wow.

Lens was exactly as described and really well packaged. Delivery was super fast.
Happy customer, would definitely deal with again.

Can never complain - always receive outstanding service.
