Best gym legging I’ve had had!
Great fit and going to order a second pair for day to day wear

This is the second time I’ve ordered from Gym Genetix and I’ve never had a problem. Clothes have always been amazing quality and arrived very quickly, wouldn’t buy my gym stuff anywhere else now ☺️

Have nothing bad to say about this company. Placed two orders and they are amazing quality.

So I ordered a pair of light blue leggings; they arrived, I tried them on, they was see through so I sent them back.
No hassles there I thought. Oh how wrong I was. I’ve resorted to opening a case with PayPal to get a refund as the company wanted to refund me store credit - no thank you I want the option to spend my money elsewhere so the seller told me that she had refunded me already through PayPal and to ignore the store credit email. So I checked my PayPal - still no refund and now the seller is ignoring me. I’ve contacted trading standards as I’m entitled to a refund. The seller has the item back and my money too - for now.

Stay safe - ALWAYS pay with PayPal so you’re guaranteed a refund against fraudsters like this company.

Just received a pair of their leggings and they are my all time favourite! They’re so comfortable and the colour is lovely! Would highly recommend! Thank you! 🤩

I’m only giving them one star because I have to. Appalling customer service, on the 4th of May I ordered an outfit I sent it back as it didn’t fit they’re saying they haven’t received the parcel Royal mail have left a card saying they’ve left it at their neighbours number 18 as they wasn’t available to take it.
It’s now the 3rd of June I’ve sent endless emails still I have not received my goods.
I wish I’d read reviews. Don’t order save your money.

I have amended my review as gymgenetics contacted me and have resolved my problems.
Initially I returned the leggings for an exchange, but didn’t receive them or any replies from numerous emails. However, it seems there was a problem their end and they apologised for their miscommunication and have sent me the leggings and gifted me a pair too.
The leggings are amazing. I bought the scrunch leggings as I have quite a big bottom but it isn’t pert - well…these leggings make my bum look like Kim k’s! They really hold your tummy in too so I had a flat tummy (I’m not the fittest of people!) and I received lots of compliments. They are extremely comfortable, flattering and wearable. I went to the pub in them and felt really good.
Thank you for restoring my faith and resolving the matter for me!

Ordered from here and paid by klarna, however not received the items and they sent me a pic of a door and said it’s been delivered!! However the picture is not of my door,, do not order from this company!!
Obviously a scam!! 🤬🤬🤬

I love, love, love my new workout clothes but I ordered the same outfit in 2 colours and only 1 arrived. Can someone help me please?

Ordered for my friends bday she loved the set despite the delay which the company sorted with some regular prompts. Otherwise nice gym sets

My leggings came quickly, are really lovely and thick and look amazing!! I don't have the biggest of bums, and these make me feel sooo much more confident, really love them!! (Might even need to order another pair)

I really love the quality of these leggings & top & the delivery time was amazing also. I didn't give 5 stars as I'm yet to work out in them as gyms are closed at the moment, but I have no doubt it'll be a great experience.
