I’ve ordered a few items from Gym Junkie and have always had a good experience. On one order, a couple of parts for a bench were missing. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and sorted everything out without any hassle.

Communication is always prompt and helpful, which makes dealing with any questions or issues easy.

Overall, I’ve found the products to be high quality and the service reliable. I’d definitely order from them again and would happily recommend Gym Junkie to anyone looking for gym equipment in New Zealand.

My wife wanted to incorporate running into her fitness routine, and after extensive research, she landed on Gymjunkie's Prodigy ApexRunner 3HP. The standout features and price made it the obvious choice. It looks and feels like a high-end commercial machine. My wife is loving it, the kids are on it, and even I've been won over. The Gymjunkie website made it easy to purchase the treadmill, with informative product pages, product videos, reviews, and multiple payment options. The company has a trustworthy reputation, and the product reviews consistently mention the excellent customer service. I can genuinely say this is true. When I called to find out about my order, Charlotte answered all my questions, and I left the conversation feeling that these guys look after their customers and want to do business. I love Kiwi companies with this attitude. I wish these guys all the good fortune in expanding their footprint (it would be amazing to have a collection point on the SI - perhaps Christchurch). I’m going to be a return customer.

Great product easy to assemble is the same quality as a normal gym and you don't have to pay for a gym membership highly recommended for any beginners or long time gym member
