Received my product very quickly, though I did leave instructions to leave it behind the gate, it was left out the front behind a pillar.
No problems with GymPlus though, it was dispatched from them the day of the order.

This is a great product

The barre is really good
I bought a ballet barre and it is really good, as advertised. It appeared to have been in storage for some time so bit dusty. Free delivery is great but having my package delivered to the building next door not so much.

Fair quality, not great service
The product seems quite good quality, though some of the seams don’t align and advice from the after sales team is that they “should be ok”. Instructions were not in understandable English which is annoying. Our daughter loves the mat though and has hardly been off it.

Purchased a few months ago for my daughters (7&10) and I’m really happy with the quality. Well made and strong enough to handle a 100kg man child. Happy I chose the 2m width so the kids don’t fall off the side accidentally. No bottoming out with the 20cm thickness.
