Excellent customer service from Jamie
I have dropped a star, because this is the third band that has snapped, over a period of time. But the customer service from Jamie was 5*. Having asked me a number of questions about the snap, for the cost of postage I was sent another band.
It arrived quickly and I'm now back on my exercise routine. I think the kit is excellent in many ways. Particularly if you don't have access to, or the time to visit, a gym.

Love the Gymproluxe
Love the Gymproluxe. This is affordable and worth every penny. I used to go to the gym but then stopped because I couldn’t get on the machines when it was busy and it took away time from home with family. This is a piece of equipment that can be done at home and the exercise app is brilliant.

Product quality issues and bots for complaints
Product quality issues and generic bot based replies to complaints. The product on the face of it looked ok, the kit looked like decent quality, until I used it. Within a week a band had snapped. This was replaced, then 3weeks and another snapped. Now three months in another has snapped. Whilst they seem willing to replace the bands they aren't willing to pay the postage. If the band breaks the fault lies with the equipment and they simply wont accept this. I have requested my money back to be told I am past the standard 30 days. As a fitness option I bought it to try and save costs with gym membership . I shouldn't have bothered. 195 pounds spent on kit that I cannot use due to the defective nature of the bands. Avoid this company im afraid to say

Excellent work out went back to it 5 times today but I get why strings are snapping you devinally can't pull to long or will snap but I got that straight away and dont pull it to longwards and its a tough work out good on the arms devinally had it for 1 day nd my arms are aching but in a good way devinally 5 star equipment just got the 2.0 fo 99 pounds but I would love to have a go at the longer strings I should of bought the 149 pack instead but I wanted to test it out

Do not buy the reformer
The 'reformer' is not a reformer: For anyone who is not an absolute beginner and super unfit, it is just bulky material standing around and not providing any exercise opportunities. The platform / carriage are too small to do any reformer exercises lying on the back. And the resistance bands are not strong enough. Returning the material is very difficult because the company response is slow and the overall weight, with 20kg is too heavy for normal courier drop off. No return label. You'll need to pay £15 (within the UK) for the 'free' trial and you'll need to commit to stay at home for the pickup.

Pilates reformer great value
Bought the Pilates reformer. Delivery was quick and well packaged, the reformer was heavier and more sturdy than I expected given the price and works really well. There are videos on YouTube and plenty on the App (without having to pay a subscription). It could pack away quite small but currently using it most days so it’s out all the time. The padding isn’t super thick so use a cushion to prevent the knees hurting. Definitely good value

Product arrived with an odd number of coloured weighted bands. Sent 4 emails requesting support / replacement and have still had no response after 1 month. Very poor customer service!

I bought the gymproluxe and initially was very happy. until 5 weeks in on the 17th June a white band snapped when doing an exercise which was on there app. I emailed support@ and they have are yet to respond. I have emailed them three times. I have left a review on here. They replied to make it look they are doing something about it but they have not.
I first emailed support@ on 17 June 2026 08:18.
They claim to offer life time warranty on there product but this does not seem to be the case.
You can see below that gymproluxe have said they have emailed me. They have not. I have checked my junk folder to.

3rd band to snap
I have had my GymProluxe now for 13 months and so far have had 2x green bands break (which were replaced) and now 1 black band has gone limp. I have sent 2 emails and completed the contact form. So far no response, so I agree with Brad - customer service is lacking. I enjoy using it, but I can not recommend to others as it keeps breaking. Like Brad I am considering other products. Update 4/7: Despite claiming to email me on 2/7 - I have not received anything. Highly disappointing!!

Lifetime warranty - no customer service to claim
Update: 5 days after they have requested more information (which is a reference number i have not received for the request, and I've added my order number), and I'm still yet to receive any support. So I've updated my review to a one star.
I've had the Gymproluxe 2.0 for about 7 months now and have had the bands snap on me for the second time. Trying to get replacement bands is a nightmare. I've sent the email via the website, I sent it directly from my email. Last time they took over a week to respond, after I sent email every few days. This time I've waited nearly 3 weeks and had no response yet. It's frustrating as myself and my partner genuinely enjoy the product, but this is stopping us from using it and considering using other brands going forward

Good pop up sauna
Delivery was quick and efficient. It was easy to set up. It heats up quickly. The chair supplied is very small. We replaced it with a folding camping chair. All in all very pleased. We don’t take it down so can’t comment on that, it lives in the garage. We like it a lot.
