I bought a treadmill so I could…
I bought a treadmill so I could continue to train in the winter. I was nervous buying a refurbished treadmill because it was not brand new and could have some damage. When I spoke with Roy at the time of the sale, he gave me a 1 year warranty. My treadmill arrived and it looked perfectly new. I did have to use my warranty because the belt was moving to the side a bit, but GYMPROS sent a technician and a new belt. It was a simple fix in leveling the treadmill, the tech put on the new belt and it all worked. I haven't had any issues since.
My experience with Gympros has been…
My experience with Gympros has been nothing but the best. My gym was opening and I needed a treadmill and elliptical within 2 weeks. The price was doable but the deciding factor was that my order would arrive in time for my grand opening. Thank you Gympros my members are happy.
This company is not even worth one star
This company is not even worth the one star. This is the worst company I've dealt with in my 8 years in the fitness industry. Be wary of company employees giving positive reviews on their websites. I purchased $5000 worth of equipment from this company and the owner contacted me without my requesting him to - to try to sell me more equipment. Boy am I glad I did not. Once the purchase was made not only was the my equipment delivery delayed but just getting someone on the line to address my inquiries about said delays was extremely difficult. When the equipment arrived one machine did not work at all and had exposed joints and other issues. This was written off as "shipping damages" and I was told it would be fixed immediately. That "immediately" turned into another month. During the 60 days after my order I repeatedly asked to speak to the owner when I was treated unprofessionally by the original salesman I spoke with (Doug) and after I could not reach a solution with their customer support staff (which seems to be made up of one person: Brie). All of the sudden the owner literally went on a 60 day hiatus from his company according to his staff. He was just not available to me at all. I remind you; at the point of sale I got a direct call from the owner without me requesting it to try to SELL ME MORE EQUIPMENT. The company's strategy seems to be to offer a price on the site and says "call for lowest price guaranteed" only to have you pay a higher price then what is on the website. They will market refurbished equipment and an extended warranty for service and parts only to ship the item in unacceptable condition and you have to bite the bullet with your time and money being wasted waiting on their local contractors to come out and fix the equipment; of course, eating into that awesome sounding extended warrantee the hyped you up about at the time of purchase. But what do you know! When you call repeatedly for 6 hours straight requesting one thing - the owner - and successfully tie up their business line the owner is magically available again! But unfortunately Roy's company is a true reflection of himself. Not only did he use profanity with me on the phone when I would not allow him to weasel his way out of the fact that his company has treated me poorly but he really tried ton convince me that I should be okay with how I received my equipment. He literally implied that I should have expected this to happen. Now it makes sense that there is always a blowout sale happening! Lol. There's been a blow out sale for the whole first quarter of the year so far! This is SALES FIRST company that offers a product and service. Expect to receiver a product that you can use and don't expect service at all. Very disappointed with this establishment to say the least. The BBB has been notified
Worst customer service -EVER!!
We purchased an exercise bike and received a great deal, however, the problems started from the day we received it.
i contacted Gympros to let them know of my issues with the damaged and non-working parts. Brie who is the Director of Operations fails on every level of customer service - communication and lack of response is HORRIBLE!!!!
It's been 4 months now and our bike is still not functioning properly. I've contacted the manufacturer directly to address the issues. They have the parts in stock and it's under warranty - I needed Gympros as the Dealer to authorize the parts were needed. All they had to do was to call or email them.
Gympros is very pushy to make the sale, but don't expect anything from them regarding service or follow up, or you will be left very disappointed.
Excellent Advice and Service from …
Excellent Advice and service from Gympros. Received my Lifefitness product and rowing machine and saved huge with these guys . Product arrived in amazing condition , I purchased Refurbished with warranty . Thank you everyone at Gympros for such awesomeness . A great find for certain, we are so very happy with our purchase ! .- Diane and Jim.
Do not honor warranty
Do not honor warranty, will not call back or accept calls. Even after a full year I still haven't received a call back or my equipment owed. Will not do business with this company again. Only reason I gave them a 1 star review was because that's as low as it would let me. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Don't honor their warranty
Don't honor their warranty, never get back in touch, havnt received call back about equipment, will no longer do business with them, they don't even deserve a star, don't ever but equipment from them!! They are absolutely horrible people!
