I bought some of their sculpt leggings…

I bought some of their sculpt leggings 8 weeks ago. They are all Bally and falling apart, when I contacted the company their advice was to use a lint roller!!!
Don’t bother they look nice but within a few weeks you will be throwing them out. Stick to LSKD or other better quality brands.

Always chasing refunds

Wow, again I am chasing my refund posted back over 4 weeks ago. Communication poor and company seem to make it difficult to make contact!

Even though I have loyalty point I will probably leave them there and not buy from gymshark again.

Declining quality, cheap products

Always been a big fan of Gymshark but a combination of declining quality and poor customer service really starting to show.

Thought I’d treat myself to a running tank top do once for my first marathon (for £40!) - having trained in it once, and washed once - following their washing instructions - the stitching on it has completely started to come loose on it.

Their customer service response? “Sorry - try a lint roller”. I don’t know of any lint rollers that can fix stitching that has come loose.. really really disappointing

Awful quality, cheap, bad customer service

Horrible company to deal with. Products are faulty. I had the seam on the bum ladder while in the gym. No apology until I called them out on it and asked for it be escalated and got told to wait 24 hours. No refund as yet and I’ve asked for the whole order refunding because now half of the leggings I purchased are fault!

These leggings do not last

These leggings do not last & if they give up a day after 6 months then there’s nothing they will do about it. The quality is shocking!

It’s a company run by useless bots

It’s a company run by useless bots. I placed an order just before Easter, assuming delivery would be a little slower due to the bank holidays; however, delivery was much quicker and I was going to be away. I had requested delivery to a pickup locker and I had never heard of the delivery company but they only gave me three days to collect. There is no way of contacting Gymshark nor the delivery company to delay the delivery date as I am away. Consequently, the parcel has been returned to sender. I can honestly say that this is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
