Highly recommend this brand, keep coming back to them…

Paid for standard delivery and had my product within 2 days of ordering, I highly recommend Gymshark, it’s all very efficient and amazing quality. It’s been my 5th time ordering with them now and each time everything has been exactly what I had expected!

A bit pricey

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service, my parcel was delivered to a different address, unclear where, and the customer service team will not help or offer a refund, despite it being their legal responsibility if my goods have not been delivered. Expect more from a brand like this especially for an order over £150. I will be taking this further but do not recommend ordering.

Quick delivery

Quick delivery, loved the styles. Only issue I had was my sports bra, went by the size guide but just wasn’t right. Easy returns and exchange though so can’t complain!

Poor Customer Service - Rewards never Honored.

I reached Tier 4 in the Gymshark rewards program but was never able to use any of the rewards. Every time I tried to access them, the app displayed an error message. Despite reaching out multiple times, I was only told that my codes had expired—even though I never received them in the first place.

They keep mentioning my rewards expired. It's only been four months since I received my award. Per their website, my rewards, specifically XP rewards, expire after 12 months. They don't even know how to respond; they only use generic responses and don't even honor their own policy..

Customer service agents kept repeating the same scripted responses without offering real help or escalation. I asked for reinstatement of my rewards and even requested a manager, but nothing was resolved. Instead of fixing the issue, they tried to redirect me to promotional emails.

This experience shows a lack of accountability and genuine support. I feel ignored as a loyal customer, and Gymshark failed to honor the rewards I earned. Very disappointing service.

To finish up, their quality in clothing has dropped significantly. My dark colors have washed away after three washes, carefully following the instructions tags advise.

We're so sorry to hear this. Our loyalty programme offers rewards each time you reach a new tier by gaining XP. These XP have a 12 month expiry date. However, the rewards received (gift cards and promotions) have a 3 month expiry date. Unfortunately, if these expire, we're unable to reinstate these. We're so sorry about this.
