Bought a T-Shirt from Gymshark, Logo has started to peel off much sooner than I would have expected for a ‘premium’ product. My other Gymshark stuff has lasted much longer. Customer Services aren’t interested, despite advising them of my legal rights to a resolution under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Safe to say I’ll be continuing to pursue this matter until it’s resolved to my satisfaction. Would encourage others to shop elsewhere. I certainly won’t be buying anything else from them ever again.

Products literally disintegrated due to poor quality
I bought a long sleeved gym t shirt and a pair of shorts from gymshark. They literally disintegrated after a few months and are unusable.
I sent pictures to customer service and asked for replacements, to which I was told as they weren’t broken when I initially received them, they couldn’t do anything to help.
Not great…most other reputable brands wouldn’t want their products to be known for falling apart so quickly…?!
Perhaps they should clearly market that products have a shelf life of a couple of months…

Scammers. Took my money and never delivered a product.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I made an order about two weeks ago that was meant to be next day delivery. For the past 2 weeks the package has been endlessly stuck with the courier (EVRI) and they have never even attempted to deliver the product. Gymshark refuses to give a refund and their helpdesk is the worst. This is a total scam. Report these guys immediately to the consumer watchdog, they shouldn't be allowed to operate.

The images on the website are not true to size. Twice I've ordered something and found it way too tight.

Worst service I have ever had with this company! I tried to buy an item 9 different times, and all they did was cancel it, make up lies, that it wasn't available, but it was, and then told to buy it again. No backorder options... just straight up cancel. Last dollar I will spend at this company. Even the quality of their clothes are getting awkward on sizing and quality. Shop elsewhere! I spend all my money at NVGTN now to avoid their lies and deception. TBH I felt very discriminated against.

Leggings ripped and no resolution
I am shocked to see so many bad reviews as I have never had an issue with gymshark before, now it seems this is quite common.
The quality of these clothes have drastically dropped but with an increasing price point. I contacted customer service as my (£50!) adapt leggings have ripped down the seams!! I own multiple pairs of the same leggings, some of which are years older than this specific pair and they are holding up fine!
They refused to resolve this issue at all, due to the leggings being older than 6 months. Now I know it is beyond their warranty but how can this be classed as wear & tear when items that are YEARS older have not torn in the same way and are worn with normal use. That to me proves the quality has decreased.
I find this unacceptable with the amount they cost. It is also SO disappointing as I have always used this company as my go too, as trusted the quality and fit. I have never bought from a competitor before but now I am going to have to search for a better company to purchase gym wear from. If they had met me in the middle with some sort of good will gesture to put towards replacement, I would have been satisfied with that. I will not be repurchasing now, as for £50 and poor customer service, I am not risking it happening again.

Purchased a holdall on 20/09/25
Purchased a holdall on 20/09/25, clip on the shoulder strap broke after very minimal use. Contacted them to try and purchase a replacement strap. They are unable to help in anyway as the bag was over 6 months old, 6 mths old on 20/03/26. My advice would be save your money and buy unbranded bag from elsewhere.
Gym shark have responded to say the issue has been resolved by their customer support team, please elaborate on what you have actually done to resolve the issue. As I am not aware of anything being done to resolve it
