Ordered some items, placed payment and a few minutes after confirmation, received an email saying my "payment was flagged as fraudulent"! Contact customer service to receive as answer: They can't reinstate my order. However, if I can provide them with an alternative email address and contact number, different from the ones used at checkout, they can investigate this further for me.... When told I had no other number or email address to provide, that was it! THE WORST SHOP EVER!!!!!!

There were no taxes and the package come with a return label, so if you want it returned it’s easy! I have ordered from them many times and I have never experienced any problems!
