Still waiting for refund - 4 months on

We bought leggings in December and sent them back a week later. Since then I have sent numerous emails requesting my refund and showing proof that the products had arrived. The most shocking email I got from them this week, is that they say they transferred the money and that I should show proof of my communication with my bank saying that I did not get the money back. Thats not how it works, Gymshark should show that the money was transferred. What a joke. The company should be ashamed!!

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. I made several orders and more than the half items were missing. When I complained they said they were not going to investigate even if I told them to check weight of packages and that stuff. It was around 400€, still not taking responsibility and the customer service is basically non existing

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service with emails replies clearly computer generated. Returned 2 items a months ago - one for refund and one for exchange. Got the refund but not the exchange. I am getting daily emails saying our team is looking into it. I have requested a refund instead several times as I don’t have any faith in getting the exchange but Gymshark is refusing the refund too so no exchange or refund is forthcoming from them.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service

My return arrived at their warehouse 13 days ago, but it hasn't even been processed yet.
I wrote their AI agent and says it could take 3 days for someone to respond. Horrible!

Honestly what on earth has happened to…

Honestly what on earth has happened to this company, I’ve purchased from Gymshark for many years and it’s really gone downhill. I feel like I’m having to contact customer services on a regular basis to resolve purchasing, deliver and chasing for a refund, I honesty give them chance after chance these days, not doing this anymore, shocking company do not purchase from them unless you want any stress or hassle with your order!

RUN BY CON ARTISTS!
Took over 3 weeks for them to acknowledge returned items, then instead of refunding, they took more money from our account!!!
Poor quality items, and no replacement item offered because it’s doubled in price.
You CANNOT talk to someone. So frustrating! The guy helping me on the chat has now been ignoring my messages and I have no where else to turn! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

Honestly disppointing service

Honestly disppointing service. I ordered with the sale. Then they email me saying the refunded me the order as it was not in stock. I then checked on the side for the product and they just upped the price. So they lied. I then saw another product and then changed my mind. I pressed on the 15min to cancel and it didn’t work I asked why it didn’t work they said they don’t know. But they were quick to refund me when they did not have the item in stock. Overall terrible experience! Wont be ordering from them again! My protein was better service!

Really don’t bother if you want your items anytime soon , the company doesn’t deserve customers charging top end delivery charges but give you a worse than second class post service, I haven’t received my items yet 6 days on and now receiving sorry there’s a delay to your order as we stated when you purchased ? I’m 100 percent positive I had no such message at time of purchase, just full of sxxx and there getting returned soon as they land , I won’t shop again and anyone with any sense will also shop elsewhere

Products seem to be good quality…

Products seem to be good quality (although not been through the wash yet), reasonable prices, speedy delivery and straight forward returns process, with different options to return.

Worst delivery ever

Worst delivery ever. I got someone elses package from a whole different company. I orderd for 100$+ but got some cheap ear plugs thats is someone elses package.

Scammers

Didn’t receive the vouchers, they said was sent to a different email address which I didn’t know and they would tell me, couldn’t change the email address. Talking through email chat is painfully slow, spoke to Jason and Mike who promised a refund in 5 working days still waiting.

Now had to open a dispute through my credit card company. Purchased on the 3rd September still waiting for my refund.

I RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Pants service, bellow average quality!

I’ve been shopping with them for years and every time I return something it’s only ever processed and refunded if I contact them asking about it 🤣 I wonder whether they just wait and see if you’ve noticed before they refund?

Despite this I’ve carried on as a customer because I think their products are well priced, however now the quality is lacking and I’m bored having to chase refunds from a company that’s so happy to keep your dollar.

Overall bad and slow service

Slow delivery and high shipping costs, was not able to change items so had to pay shipping costs again and deal with slow delivery. Also forgot to use a discount code, staff was not able to use this discount code anyways after purchase, with any other retailer this would not be a problem. Overall bad and slow experience

No product received

NL1263281 - this order never arrived. communicating with Gymshark is a disaster. Very Very poor customer service. Up till now no decent reply and money back..
I will keep pushing.
