I ordered a product a few months ago. I got an order confirmation but no dispatch notification for days. They didn't bother to contact me; I needed to contact them to ask about the order. Their response was: we need to restock on a specific date and then dispatch. I accepted that I had to wait a couple more weeks for the restocking to take place. The restock date came and passed. They didn't bother to contact me. Again, I had to contact them a week later. We ended up cancelling the order. Their complete inability to send me an email to let me know about the issues and delays is outrageous.

Order 3 weeks ago. No updates, no delivery, only one email saying they would check and update me in 12 hrs. Nothing back. Not answering phone calls. Dont waste your money. I am now chasing them for answers...

Order 2 x products 3 weeks ago, still hasn’t arrived or any communication from the company although the delivery was supposed to be 7 days. Terrible service

Over two weeks and still my order hasn’t arrived. Contacted on all platforms. Please avoid at all costs

This always happens when I order from here, it takes ages and ages before my order even gets dispatched, then you email asking where the order is and you get no response, will be my last order from here now.

Order placed 20th February still no sign of the order. I have sent 2 emails to chase to find out out when will be dispatched but no reply.. as I had paid using PayPal i hoped they would be able to help, someone in Finance replied assuring customer service would contact me by the end of the day, that was yesterday and I have yet to receive any communication, will definitely not be using them again if they have assured something will happen but failed to do so, definitely avoid.

Slow delivery no communication or apologies about the delay delivery

Orders some protein powder and pre workout samples on the 9th Feb. I emailed them on the 17th Feb to ask for some tracking information. This was ignored. I then emailed again on the 20th which resulted in an apology but then radio silence till the 24th. I emailed once more, a bit disgruntled this time, and received a reply stating it will be shipped asap and a refund will be issued. Unfortunately upon arrival (26th) I only received half my order (protein samples) and no sign of a refund yet. Would not recommend

Fantastic, products arrived on time , brilliant prices. Read the reviews first and wasn't sure but no problems at all and will definitely order from them again.

I come to this website as it always has good products are really reduced prices, sometimes the shipping may take a little longer than expected but I haven’t had any issues with any products

Arrived on time and very well packaged

The product recieved was not rhe product advertised. I have contacted them and no response as of yet. Curious to see if they will resolve this
