Fast delivery reasonable price both for items & delivery

It's been a week I wrote to them and they don't say anything ( I have no idea where my order is ) I will wait another day and apply to the bank for a refund ). There is no service at all, terrible shop I am extremely dissatisfied.

Bad communication ended up giving a refund after ages of waiting

Took over three weeks to receive my order. I sent an email chasing where it was, and had no reply, but suddenly my order was out for delivery.
Wouldn't have minded if my order had been misplaced as long as someone had the courtesy to let me know, or reply to my message.

Very unhappy with this company ordered protein bars 2 weeks later still no bars tried to contact them no reply please don't order fries this company

The item took 8 working days to be delivered and wasn’t even posted out by them until the 7th working day. I emailed to request an update on delivery and my email was ignored. To make it even worse the cream of rice arrived wrapped in plastic… the reason being- there was a massive hole in the bottom of the bag. I am confident given how it had been wrapped it was like this before it was posted. I now cannot use it and I have wasted my money. I am not comfortable in using a product that has arrived open. Avoid using this company unless you want a poor experience.

Too slow, take a lifetime to dispatch an order. No wonder everything’s out of date. Pull the finger out.

I purchased Bucked Up LFG from Gymstop and the product details online are different to the actual product packaging, 150mg of caffeine when it says 300mg of caffeine on the Gymstop website.

Gymstop offered me a refund on return of the item.

As I do shift work I need my pre work out and as I was out I am using the product. Disappointed and won’t use Gymstop again in case it happens again.

**2 weeks on from my complaint and making them aware the product image and description is still incorrect to the product actually being sold

Terrible company, 3 weeks waiting for an order that never arrived, then they just cancelled and refunded it without explanation or apology. Avoid.

11days and no update on my order, i have requested cancellation now as it is taking the mic.

Please avoid this company and do yourself a favor. Been waiting almost 2 weeks for products to be shipped and not a word from them. You will not receive any response even though you reach out. Save yourself the stress and use another provider.

Certainly would not recommend placed an order on 2nd. September as of the 13th
