Also the knowledge and patience to explain and advise you on different products is amazing. Customer service is another level, always going the extra mile for their customers.

I dont think this company actually exists! I ordered Super Humans Green powder of them a month ago and and still haven't received my order! Royal Mail, who is their courier haven't even received it from them for delivery!!!! I’ve sent multiple emails and even tried to phone their office (the number of which has now been removed from the website) and to no avail!

Avoid this company at all costs! They are nothing but scammers!

Bought 10X Athletic Extreme STIM Pre Workout 600g - Mad Mandarin.
Product arrived with damaged seal under the cap and inside instead of powder solid lump of powder.
Tried to contact the Gym Supplements but they just ignore the emails.
SCAMS DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Complete scam! Charging you for 24h delivery and u waiting at least a week ! Customer support just ignoring my emails! Already asked refund and no answer and no product since than!

For my first order I bought three items. Two were past expiration, and one of these had a pierced lid. I took photos and sent to them, but their customer services team said “we do also sell products past their sell-by dates and they’re in high demand”. That may be true, but I don’t choose to pay full price for spoiled goods. So I would avoid these guys if possible. Quality control seems an issue.
