Please do not buy! They sell fake clothes which are not worth the money as the quality is terrible. Customer service is worse than the clothes. If you have a dispute with them, open a case with PayPal, they sorted everything for me and I received a full refund.

DO NOT purchase anything from this company, item did not arrive, contacted gym yellow however all emails have been ignored.

Ordered Gymshark leggings and what arrived was a complete fake and very poor quality. When contacted to complain/ask for a refund they have done everything possible to avoid dealing with the issue. Avoid this company as they're a complete rip off.

Bunch of scumbags fake items and you can't even find there website I cancelled my payment because they sent me fake goods then they contacted me saying why I cancel the payment absolute scums

Fake, Fake, Fake. I ordered 2 lots of Gymshark leggings and they arrived and where obviously fake and looked second hand. Have tried to contact the company and they are not replying. What a surprise. Do not buy from this company. Don't be fooled.

I mistakenly ordered items in good faith as website looks so much like the gymshark official. Items took nearly a month to arrive.

When they did they’re obviously fake. Upon contacting them I get told I can use these items as a gift or sell them on. Offered 10% discount and told “you can return but this will be expensive and will take a long time.”

These people are disgusting. My only other option is to contact my CC Company and start the ball rolling that way. Not to be tight but just out of principle.

As per everyone else. Ordered burgundy tracksuit and top order totalling £72.00 on 13/12. Smelled a rat when my CC bill showed £72.87 and was from "SS*cuteclubing".
No confirmation email at the time, so I emailed them. Funnily I get an email within minutes saying will be dispatched in 2-4 days.
I then saw the terrible reviews and contacted my CC company. They tried to cancel the payment but failed.
Email saying goods will be with me 14 days later but this is way after Xmas so had to order genuine again from UK Gymshark.
The fake stuff turned up on 31/12. All fake. All black. Baggage and wrapping fake (as I could tell from the genuine stuff).
A few long emails back and forth, they offer 10% discount or return for a full refund. Btw postage to China would have cost me £50+.
Liaise with my CC company and they send me the paper work to complete to get a refund. I had to take pictures of the fake stuff and I also sent pics of the genuine items too. It was a laborious process, but I have today heard that have refunded me.

Do yourself a favour. Buy genuine. By UK. Save your money (tbh the fake wasn't that much cheaper!) and time and, lastly, STRESS!
People like these give online traders a bad name. I hope they catch Covid with full long lasting effects. Pure scum.

I bought two items by mistake prior to Xmas believing they were authentic. Despite arriving late and having to buy replacement presents when they arrived I was shocked at the terrible quality. Cheap plastic, knock off goods.

Despite this I am having a similar experience as listed below offering 10 now 12% refund or full if I return. No label included.

They are a disgrace and not bothered at all when mentioned taking up with the official company and trading standards.

Avoid at all costs.

I have been on going with these since before Xmas, 'Mary' still refusing to give me more than 14% refund due to high shipping. Has anyone else got their money back as I'm getting sick

Update: now offering 16% im pushing for 50% still using same line about shipping and refusing to provide address or manger details. If we all batter them on the emails and leave bad reviews online it will make a difference.

I ordered a pair of shorts from this site on 14th December 2020 thinking it was the genuine gym shark website as everything was the price I expected it to be. When I ordered and got an order number I realised something wasn’t right so I looked more into the website and found it was somewhere in China. I emailed them within minutes of placing the order to cancel it (it says on the website you can cancel within 6 hours of ordering) as I needed it for a Christmas present but they replied and said the order was on its way and I couldn’t cancel. I emailed several times when it hadn’t arrived and got the same responses as these other reviews. Poor English, email signed off Mary. Just kept telling me the order was on the way and offering me 10% off my next order. The order arrived today, 16th January 2021. I ordered navy, black has arrived, No tags, clearly counterfeit, fake, rubbish. Absolute Scam website - do not order from this site!!!

I ordered Gym shark leggings as well believing I was on the gym shark website, and somehow been redirected to this website. Gym shark are aware of this and taking legal action, however this does not help me get my money back. I have also opened a case with paypal, but no reply from that yet either.

Complete scam. Do not purchase from this company. My son ordered a gym shark hoodie thinking he was on the gym shark site. They sent a cheap fake hoodie that didn't even resemble what he ordered. Contacted sellers and got the same nonsense as everyone else, offering 10% refund and 10% off next purchase. They won't even provide a return address. Advised him to sell the item to someone else as it "good and nice".

I received black cheap tracksuit bottoms with 'Whitney Simmon' instead of Black GymShark leggings. Their completely unbelievable & unprofessional DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. When I received these cheap leggings, I got in touch with gymyellowclothes & confirmed these are not what I ordered.

I got a reply from Nguyen Jennifer servicevipforclothes.com signing herself as Mary. 'Hello If you want a full refund, you need to return all items, have you checked the shipping fee with the local post office? It will cost you a lot of money and it will take you a long time. We will refund you when we receive the returned package. If you return, you need to pay the shipping fee, we don't pay it, and it will take a long time. I replied 'How can you only offer a 10% refund when you didn’t fulfill my order. You have failed to deliver a product that you’re advertising. As a company you should be collecting & paying for the return considering that you have sent a false product.

Mary kept coming back with the same replies as above when I asked where is your address, I can't return these cheap leggings if I do not have an address to return them too, Is your warehouse in Xi'an, China or Yangquan China?, What is your phone number to contact your warehouse/office.

I will be contacting my bank to receive my money back, I can't believe some people have no morals or shame in being thief's.

These are cowboys. Unprofessional service team. Wrong goods arrived. Clearly counterfeit. They offer you 10% off future orders. They won't accept returns unless you pay the shipping. Then they offer you 10% off what you have paid. I reported them to my credit card company and withheld payment. They are now whinging and making ridiculous suggestions to get their money back. AVOID.

Avoid!!!! I ordered in December thinking it was the official gym shark site. I was wrong! Order arrived today after lots of chasing. Goods are clearly not real no labels and looks like drop arm on vest has been cut with scissors.Totally scammed. After lots of emails I raised a dispute with PayPal. I now have a returns address in China!! I’ve posted them back with tracking. Luckily PayPal will reimburse the postage. Just awaiting my refund now. Such a long process to get back money for counterfeit goods 😤

Thought I was purchasing from gym shark but turns out I was purchasing from somewhere in China! All goods are counterfeit and poor quality! I have now sent over 20 emails trying to get a refund and a return address but all they keep telling me is it will cost me too much to return the dodgy goods! Please DO NOT FALL INTO THE SAME TRAP! Same experience as many of the reviews below. I ordered from this website in error believing it was the gym shark website. Immediately tried to cancel the order and was told not possible and to get in touch for a refund when the goods arrived. The fake goods arrived long after Christmas and customer service as telling me a refund of only 10% is possible and I can sell the clothes. Which would be the case if they weren't fake.

I have reported this website to Action Fraud. As they will not refund my money. Please could everyone else report the website as fraudulent too.

Scam! Cloths are fake and not possible to return. Arrived with no tags, trying to get money back from begging of December. AVOID!!!

If I could give this company a negative rating, I would. The item I received was clearly a fake and was hugely inferior to the genuine goods that I ordered and received once I realised I had been duped. The customer service continues to inform me that returning the item for a refund will cost me a lot of money and take a long time - this feels threatening to be honest. They also actively encouraged me to accept the item and sell it on! If I wasn't a single parent of four, working full-time etc etc I would have been disappointed with myself for being duped. But the website feels very much like it is set up to do the duping thing. I am deeply unimpressed and would urge others not to engage at any level.
