This is a total shambles. They are based in China, they are slow to deliver, the sizes are ridiculous, the clothes do not appear genuine. The customer service is not existent, refund policy we will give you 10% of the purchase price and keep the useless items. Please keep away a total waste of money and time

Its a scam - not real gymshark clothes

Do not order!! I placed £200 Christmas present order 12th December! Still hasn’t arrived there emaiL English bad and different person telling each time I opened a case with PayPal week of Christmas still awaiting a response!

What an absolute joke this company is! Items arrived today after ordering on 3rd December. Complete fakes! We ordered three sweatshirts and what we got was three quarter zip ‘cycling’ style tops!! They look nothing like what we ordered. Nothing on ordering said it was from China as that would have set alarm bells ringing for fakes! It mentioned the Netherlands! Admittedly the items were slightly cheaper when we ordered them, but just thinking this was as it was not from UK and it was a Black Friday sale! On looking at their refund policy today it’s states that they will only give a refund within 6 hours of ordering!!!! How are we supposed to manage that when they’ve taken 4 weeks to arrive?? What a rip off. Money lost. This company should be removed from the web!!

I thought I was ordering from gymshark too. Ordered 10th December , still nothing has arrived . I have contacted them endless amounts of times when they keep telling me it’s on the way !

Scam company, took forever to arrive and when they did the leggings were fakes. Complained and they offered 10% off my next order and won’t refund. I have opened a case with PayPal.

SCAM like everyone else thought I was on Gymshark. I spent £62 . I tried to stop the order they ignored me. I am trying to raise it with my bank but it isn't easy.
Bunch of crooks, but you dont find out until it's too late as you think you are on Gymshark at the time.

I ordered a pair of leggings from this website under the impression it was the genuine Gymshark website, however after reviewing my “service email” I realised my mistake. The tracking number did not match the tracking service which was given, however I managed to track my parcel through Yodel. I received the leggings today and they are nothing like the item I ordered, not to mention the poor sizing of them. I have now escalated this issue to PayPal and hoping for a refund from them, as after reading the reviews on here I have learned the merchant refuses to refund customers.

AVOID: I placed two different orders and spent £80 to get scammed one parcel there’s no trace of it and the other came and wouldn’t even fit a 5 year old. Got told they don’t do returns and everytime I emailed asking about my other order the woman went in to talk about something else. £80 down the drain I’m not happy

Its a scam. Don't buy from them. Never received the parcel.

Exactly the same as everyone else ordered in good faith, no goods arrived , tracking does not work and response in broken English to enquiry stating I should contact Royal Mail.

Scam company. No items, tracking number doesn't work. Now spending time trying to get my money back. Genuinely gutted that people do this as the order was Christmas presents!

I’m another. I’ve emailed them asking to cancel my order and was told that they would charge me 15% for doing so. They have said my order has been sent out. The email reply wasn’t in very good English either and the email it came from was from a Jennifer Nguyen but with regards from Ashley and another from Mary!

Seems I've been had too, wish I'd come to trust pilot before ordering. Thought it was a legit site. They are still on goggle. Do not use !!!

plz do not buy from this site it is a SCAM my item did not arrive I thought this was the genuine gymshark website currently trying to get my money back and making sure they have not taken anymore money from my bank account due to me giving them the details. I now know to be very careful with what site I order things from.

Good news, my bank refunded the money today, for all the other people who were scammed, don't give up on your refunds.

From the picture, the item is still good and nice, if you don't like them, you can give them to someone as a gift or try to sell them, then you won't lose any money.

If you want a full refund, you need to return all items, have you checked the shipping fee with the local post office? It will cost you a lot of money and it will take you a long time.

We will refund you when we receive the returned package.

Our advice is that you keep your goods, we do a 10% refund to you.

Thought this was the genuine GYMSHARK WEBPAGE, A SCAM PAGE, payment page goes straight to PAYPAL when making payment does not give you other options i.e visa, then when card details added error appears. Contacted bank straight away to stop payment.

Ordered from the correct GYMSHARK page later that day, received email confirmation of booking and an email of items despatched later that leaving.

looked this morning15-12-2020, can't see Gymyellowclothes web page on google Ad

Just recently bought off this site and is currently raising a dispute with my bank as this site is not trusted. I have contacted the company to stop the payment ad nothing.
