Mr. Adam Smith is always on point when he promises you of booking your flights tickets and checking you in as well. There isn't a single time that I have been let down by your business when Mr. Adam Smith is in charge of booking and checking in bookings for me and my families and friends.

Very bad service from agent
I booked a flight ticket to Entebbe with Gypsifly on 22 May through an agent who introduced himself as Mike. He initially quoted a fare of £699, but by 3 June the price had changed to £684. The quoted price seemed to fluctuate constantly, which made the booking process confusing and difficult to trust.
Before I paid the deposit, Mike informed me that I would be able to pay for the ticket in instalments. However, once the deposit had been paid, I was told that I would need to pay the full balance immediately. This was completely different from what had originally been agreed and placed me under considerable pressure.
After deciding that I no longer wished to proceed with the booking, I repeatedly informed the agent that I wanted to cancel and receive a refund of my deposit. Despite this, I received numerous phone calls pursuing payment, which I found intrusive and distressing. I eventually sent a clear written message stating that I did not wish to travel with the company and wanted my deposit returned.
At that point, another individual identifying himself as Mike informed me that he was not the person I had originally been dealing with and claimed that the previous Mike had left the company. However, both individuals sounded exactly the same, which added to my concerns and confusion. I was then offered the option of paying for a more expensive ticket over a period of up to a year, despite having clearly stated that I wanted a refund rather than an alternative payment arrangement.
Subsequently, a third person called Alan, who again sounded identical to the previous callers, contacted me claiming to be the manager. He advised that a refund could not be processed because the company's bank account was being audited.
Overall, my experience was extremely frustrating and confusing. I received inconsistent information about pricing, payment terms, and refund arrangements, and I felt pressured by repeated calls after I had clearly requested to cancel. As a customer, this caused significant stress and left me with very little confidence in the way the company conducts its business. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this organisation.
