Worst customer service.
They don`t own up to their mistakes and just offers weak excuses instead of trying to solve the problem.
Writes in the reply below, that their phones are down today(Which is a 100% lie, as they have told me they are first up on 12 march)

Customer was flagged by our card processor on the fraud watchlist and his order was automatically refunded. We did not receive payment. We offered solutions for alternative payment methods and were presented with demands for discounts and extremely rude behavior towards our staff.
We're in the middle of a warehouse move as the customer knows and aren't reopening phone lines until 12th March, that does include today.

I feel completely let down by the H-Tune team. I ordered a Knock Sensor for my DC5 Integra and paid for overnight delivery. Received an email the following day explaining it would be with me in 2 weeks. Tried contacting the team via telephone and it just went to answer phone. Emailed explaining I would like a refund and no reply. Shameful behaviour. Now I have a DC5 that doesn’t work, they have my money and I have to wait two weeks for a Part, why could this all not be explained at the time of purchase? Awful company.

Hey Jay,
It's Leo here, you ordered a part that said 5-10 working days and that wasn't on the shelves, it stated this on the product page, cart page and checkout at each step. Including right under where you selected next-day delivery, saying specifically it couldn't be dispatched for up to 10 working days.
I also explained this all to you in an email reply around an hour ago and offered a refund if you missed the notice :) Our phones are down today, but I did also explain this to you.

Brilliant service
Great service from the guys at H tune.
Specially ordered me in items from abroad which came through very quick, despite it being so close to Christmas. Promised me would get by then and did, which was a great Christmas present!
Communication could not be faulted and any query by email was answered within an hour or two.
Try them, and hope you will be as impressed as I am.
