Haddon & James Reviews 

Ordered a socket set from Haddon & James, competitively priced and had very quick delivery. Follow up was done by a chap called Kelvin checking that my parcel had been delivered (which it had).

I have used Haddon & James previously, and if you are within driving distance they deliver for free, which was great when I lived in Luton, but now I live in Monmouth delivery is via post, which was just as quick.

Great service - quick and easy - George was a star

As always the goods arrived well packed and very quickly.
I like the fact that they also add the delivery to the total price, not like other sites who charge exorbitant delivery costs and you are stuck because you have purchased the items.
The only downside is that some items end up costing too much.
Kelvin was on the ball asking if my delivery had arrived and that everything was ok.

Won an auction for some items then payed the next day, I then waited almost 2 weeks without hearing anything about shipping so I email and they tell me they didn’t have the items I had paid for so they would send the invoice to their finance teem so I can be refunded which can take up to 28 days, that had passed and I emailed them again and they where telling me they’ll contact the department again so I can get the refund soon but still nothing, so I just lost patience with them after 40 days and disputed the payment with my bank and received a refund within a day

Great service from Sabia who called to see that my order and delivery was satisfactory. This is the third I have purchased items from Harddon & James and has always been spot on, pleasurable experience

Received a call regarding a lot I had successfully bid on, unfortunately there was an issue with one of the items... Kelvin was extremely helpful offering a shitable alternative and arranging delivery for the following day. I can't fault his professionalism and will definitely use Haddon & James again

These people are unbelievable. I have waited since April last year for garden furniture I ordered. After numerous false promises they eventually told me in December that they couldn’t get the items I’d paid for. I asked for a refund, they said it could take up to 28 days. I heard nothing. Now they don’t even bother responding to my emails and they never answer the phone. I am owed over £600, and they clearly have no intention of giving me my money back. The recent positive reviews have got to be fake, they’re selling things they don’t have and simply taking people’s hard earned money.
