As a non-native English speaker, I was really worried before joining the course. But all of the recorded lessons come with subtitles, which helped me understand everything much better and made me feel more confident while studying.
The support from the program and the team has also been amazing, and it really makes a difference.

Bullying behaviour
I paid a deposit to enrol in a course with Hader, but due to personal circumstances, I changed my mind the next day and requested a refund within the three-day cooling-off period.
Instead of simply processing the refund, I was repeatedly pressured to explain my decision, which felt unnecessary, unprofessional, and intimidating. I only received proper attention after threatening to make a formal complaint about bullying and harassment.
I was then told the refund would take 10 days, and if it did not arrive, I would need to contact my bank.
A very stressful and unpleasant experience. I would encourage others to be cautious before paying a deposit, as the process was far less transparent than described in their Learner Handbook and Course Outlines.
