Order some stuff on Black Friday for Christmas and haven’t got updates of shipping I emailed them and they said they’re going to try and get it out in time for Christmas

I was excited for black Friday sale. Purchased online few shirts, waited few days since i did not receive any email from Hae Hawaii about wether my order was shipped or not so i decided to email them and i received this email saying " It is taking a bit to get over 3,000+ orders packed from Black Friday alone.
We're not hanging around. We're a team of 3 who is working from 8a till our bodies break and need to go home and shower and rest.
We called in some reinforcements from our parents so we're hoping it moves along a bit faster."

very unprofessional email then few days later i received an email saying my order is canceled and we will refund you. We are not going to make those shirts prints anymore.
these people at Hae Hawaii should be ashamed of themselves, what happen to the aloha spirit. They are so rude, unprofessional and extreme lack of customer service. I will never buy from them again

I have yet to receive my order. My order number is HAE3026. It was placed on 7/6/2025. I got an email stating it was shipped on 7/18/2025. I have not received any other update about the shipment. It would be helpful to get more updates about when my order will
arrive. Does it normally take this long for an order to be delivered?

It is too bad it is impossible to return or exchange anything with this company! The product seems super nice. But it’s impossible to exchange., which is an important part of on line shopping.

Best material that stays in place. Doesn’t stretch out ugly like other tops I’ve purchased in the past from other online stores.

I haven’t received the product yet but received several emails to review. This is all I can offer since the email states there will be no additional reminders.

I love this off-the-shoulder tee so much that I ended up buying a 2nd one! I did that, also, because I felt comfortable with their great customer service--but the quality of this fabric is so good, that I reach for the shirt over and over again. I know I would be seriously disappointed if I lost it-so best to get a backup, right? Right! You should, too!

The reviews here look fake. I trust trustpilot but if they are allowing this to happen, that’s disappointing. Every review is worded weirdly and these people have majority just one review. Nothing human about it.

The quality of the clothes is great, its easy to pick your size and conpare colours. Great shopping experience overall.

The service provided is impressive. The icy waisted square neck bodycon midi dress I purchased looks exactly like the picture. The effect is amazing when I put it on, and the color of the macarons makes me so tempted that I can't put it down!
