I ordered two pairs of trainers after…Sizing not correct

I ordered two pairs of trainers after following the size guide and both are too small. So unable to wear. I like the shoes as are exactly as appear on the site but this is now the third pair of shoes I have ordered and all have been too small. Would suggest ordering a size over what you normally wear.

Refunds and satisfaction

I orderd from haff off got My order however I think material was very cheap looking also sizing wrong I've put in for a refund omg they want to know the ins and outs of everything I've had to take pics of individual items. I just want a refund Yvonne just keeps asking for more information I've told them nothing fits I want a refund 😒Thankyou haff off you sorted this perfectly I will wait for my refund I will shop with you again

Very nice shopping experience

I've got some beautiful accessories and a watch for incredibly cheap prize, will definitely buy more. I requested a return and refund for a dress Haffprise handled it so quickly, professionally and kindly. Thank you Haffprise.

I am waiting for my order to be…

I am waiting for my order to be delivered. It says money owed
on delivery, although as I bought several things it was free shipping. It is now saying that it will be sent back. I am very upset by this as I have bought several things.
I have just had an heart operation, and my husband has stage 4 cancer and this has caused me a lot of anxiety. I need it sorted.

I have to apologise to HaffPrice because today I received my clothes. I realise that I was scammed by another company obviously posing as this company’s delivery company but it actually wasn’t them. When I am wrong I will say I’m wrong. I have received my clothes and will be buying from them again.

Good Customer service

So I recently ordered
two sneakers and two cloths from HaffPrice. All of them were delivered on time as scheduled. The items were as advertised. Had a little challenge with one of them and contacted their customer service immediately and I was happy the way they swiftly responded. Thanks to Anita, the customer service representative who ensured my concern was immediately solved. Overall, it's a happy experience shopping on HaffPrice.

Reasonable

While I find the company, reasonably priced..I found fault with the size shoes I ordered, so I would advise to order a larger size.I did receive a refund from them without delay
