I am satisfied with my purchase from haffprice
I have XL size clothes from haffprice before and it fits while, but the last XL that I bought were undersized, so I complained to haffprice and wanted to return them but haffprice gave me a coupon to use and buy the right size. I bought 2XL and they all fits well and texture of the material was good.

The T-shirts I ordered were very poor quality the printing was worse done by an amateur zero resemblance from what they were advertising on the website I bought 3 t-shirts just to see the quality I wish I hadn't done so my money went down the drainage.

I ordered from Haffprice, and was very pleasantly surprised with the outcome. One of the items I ordered was perfect. Good quality and very well priced. The other item unfortunately, didn't fit me. After emailing the company, to request a refund, the company emailed me back within hours. The issue was resolved to my absolute satisfaction, the very same day. I can't rate this company highly enough.

No Fuss - No Qualms
I purchased a casual jacket from HaffPrice which was excellent quality but unfortunately it was a bit too large. I was in two minds whether to exchange it for a smaller one.
I contacted customer services .
They were so friendly and helpful and sorted out the sizing issue and I received the jacket yesterday.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have previously made a complaint about poor customer service. I received an email in response asking for a picture of my order for the second time, after sending a picture and an email back, I have not received any response. I want a refund for my dress, I am not too sure why this is so difficult for this company.

Not happy at all
Not happy at all! Easy returns… NOT AT ALL I was very stupid and spent over 200 GBP with this company and 20 of the items were too small, nothing like the dress I ordered or thin material that was see through. I emailed them with pictures and the reason for return and they offered me to keep the items ( that are no good to me ) and a £50 refund. I said no I wanted to return the items and now I can’t find the emails anywhere they have vanished from my inbox. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I’m really upset that they aren’t willing to give me a full refund as stated on their site.
