I am trying to order the tablets. They have said no with absolutely ZERO reason. I have no allergies, no problems, just thin hair. I hate the liquid so wanted to switch to tablets (at their recommendation) there is no way to contact them to get this moving. they ignore you, they do not respond. They have no phone number

Not great
I wanted tablets but they said liquid would be better. Arrived quickly but the bottle is very lightweight, tall and narrow and I knocked it over on the first use and lost most of its contents as it’s so runny. Would be better with a short stumpy vessel but won’t be able to tell if it works as it’s nearly all gone. Reported my feedback to them.
Response to your reply. As mentioned I’ve already emailed hello@ and they just said they would pass it on and had said I lost most of the contents, so don’t think anyone will be looking into it?

Fast delivery, website was full of knowledge but only been using for under a week overall either too soon to tell it works or it’s false should really have a money back guarantee if don’t work because paying a lot each month for something you have to wait 6 months to see if it works or not.

Great communication and customer service
Great communication from the very start. The detailed information collected made me feel that this product was more likely to be effective than an off the shelf product. I was a little concerned that I may experience some of the potential side effects but again, there is transparency here, and so far I have not experienced any negative side effects. Early days but I am hopeful!

EXTREMELY TOXIC FOR PETS
THERE WAS NO MENTION THAT IT IS LIFE THREATENING TO PETS.
Can a standard question please be whether or not you have a pet??? My treatment arrived and after applying it I googled Minoxidil only to find out that even trace amounts is highly highly toxic for dogs and cats! I'm standing here waiting for this product to dry, not sure if trying to wash it out is just going to spread it more, and it says only 24 to 48 hours after applying is it guaranteed absorbed. This is seriously concerning for pet owners to not have a warning!

Cancelled after 3 weeks due to major shipping issues
I went to Hair + Me for minoxidil as I have suddenly started experiencing stress related hair loss. After paying for my first lot of it I had to wait almost a week for it to ship, then I hadn't even received my product after another week, I then contacted customer service and they shipped another one for me and "adjusted" my next shipment date. After a further week I finally received them, by which point I had already found some from another place that used a different shipping company and allowed me to purchase more in a single go. They also arrived before I even received a single one of the Hair + Me ones. I have now cancelled and when I checked my adjusted shipping date it was less than 2 weeks away which I guess makes sense since if it's shipped in 2 weeks it might actually arrive after another 3 with all the issues I had.

We’re sorry if the earlier billing came as a surprise. After your very first order, we send your second box a little sooner at 21 days instead of 28. Because we bill 1–3 days before your order ships, this can sometimes look like an “early” payment.
The reason we do this is to make sure you don’t run out and can keep your treatment consistent, without any gaps. After this second box, everything goes back to the regular 28-day frequency, so you’ll always know when to expect it.
