10/10 Service from start to finish I’m just over a year after my hair transplant and I can’t thank Dr Vishal Nayak and all of the Romford team enough. If you are in any doubt about getting this done I can assure you it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. As someone with Afro/Caribbean hair unless I tell people I’ve had it done they would never know. It’s brought me back to life and the beauty of it is that I didn’t have to fly to Turkey I was at home recovering on the same day. Thank you guys so much, I wish I done it sooner lol

ve been around August. So he booked for the, beginning of January to ensure this.

They ask for 1000 deposit. I specifically asked if this was refundable and she said yes.

Fast forward, he shows up to his appointment, having done EVERYTHING asked of him. Gets turned away as he didn't have medical paperwork of which he was never asked to provide, given I'm a witness who was there to make sure it was 2 sets of ears hearing everything, and 2 minds clarifying things. They are now telling him he may not get his deposit refunded. Or maybe a partial one. They said he's signed terms and conditions that says this, but I literally asked her to clarify deposit stuff, and his epilepsy and she failed to disclose any of this.

Absolute scam. Seeking legal, and consumer rights advice as we will not be letting them steal £1000.

I was pretty dubious and nervous before getting the transplanted. And even after booking and paying the deposit, was concerned if i had picked the right place and if it would all be worth it.
Only until the day i felt i was in good hands. Dr Vishal Nayak is a class act, ultimate professional, felt at ease entirely speaking with him, and listens to all of his advice. I felt comfortable with my decision. All of the staff who had helped with the extraction and implants were great.
It is a painful and uncomfortable experience , and there isnt much you can do about that. Other places promise a Tv and a relaxing experience, but i just cant see how that can be provided.

Overall very happy so far!

Amazing experience, all staff was very kind and caring. The follow up care and support also made me feel very at ease and safe about my procedure.

The entire procedure was explained and any questions were answered. Dr. Nayak from Romford HGC was honest and clear about my case. He provided excellent treatment plans to tackle any concerns that we had and I felt super comfortable. The whole process was done by a well organised team and each person kept things calm for me.

They even let me play some music which helps me nod off a few times. That helped a lot!

Had heath issues regarding surgery and needed to cancel, they wouldn’t reply to my emails or call me back, I’m having to go through my credit card for money I paid for a service I never received. Please avoid

Had a beard and hair transplant and couldnt of went to a better place the team there were exceptional and really knowledgable couldnt so enough for you, cant recomend this company enough

I had my hair transplant on the 11/03/2025 and I must says the result is bad. I had been told prior to my surgery that 3500 grafts would be taken out. However on getting to the clinic they said only 1300 Grafts. The most painful part is HGC has destroyed my donor area. Meaning that's it's impossible to get or redone as my donor area is sparse. The technician that was taking out the graft seems like she had no clue.

So far so good ! Doctor nayak was brilliant on the day. Answered all the questions and went above and beyond to help me and make me feel calm. All the staff are amazing ! Work really hard and are very friendly.

The team are absolutely brilliant, constantly checking & advising . I had a previous transplant with another famous Harley street clinic & it would be like comparing Julias Ceaser with Sid James . That’s not running the other guys down , it means these guys are another level .

Stay welll away from this company, they advertise false advertising, hair and treatment was done, waited three months
Which is in every advertisement, i was still hanging on waiting for my PRP but however i waited patiently! No prp was offered after three months! But don’t be fooled for their lies saying they will give u a free prp, which i ain’t received until today, the silly joke is oh that offer experied, how are we as fully paying customers meant to know this! Check the instagram because it’s still showing prp is included, asked the other day and was told that promotion was expired! However it’s saying the same crap! Place is a joke! I’d rather invest in a better place!

Had my 2nd hair transplant here. From the moment I waked through the door to the moment I left, everyone was extremely attentive. I would 100% recommend!

I was very nervous about getting my hair transplant after consultation at HGC birmingham with Rajesh and sugery at Romford clinic Dr Vishal Nayakade me very confident sugery was painless and staff was very helpful all the way to endu sugery gave me all the tips for aftercare and answered ally questions thank you guys keep it up special Thanks Vishal Nayak n the team👍👍👍😀

**update on this review. Nearly 2 weeks after my cancelled procedure due to them being understaffed I have finally received an email saying they don’t have to refund me due to being understaffed and this is in their terms and conditions. So basically if I don’t go ahead with the procedure now, which I can’t for at least a year due to work commitments they will not refund me. Still not sure why you would take the payment for the balance (£1,000) when I arrived at the branch when you knew you was understaffed. Seems very unprofessional and almost like I’ve been scammed. DR Shuaib still hasn’t contacted me after promising he would call me later that day to discuss what dates may be available.

Last Saturday I was booked in for a hairline transplant, after a 2 and half hour journey I arrived at the Harrow branch, I paid the balance so treatment was paid for, I was then taken to a treatment room expecting to have my procedure completed by Dr Shuaib who then come
In and told me the surgeon had called in sick, although he was the surgeon I was told I was having, he said he was really sorry and would contact me later that day to try get me booked in asap. It’s now a whole week later and i haven’t had any call or contact from Dr Shuaib or anyone from the company. I decided in the week I would like a refund as my schedule won’t allow to have it done now or at a later date, I have tried contacting everyone at the company via phone and email and no reply, the phone number online for the Harrow branch does not answer, I have tried over 50 times. I managed to speak to someone at the Romford branch who I paid my deposit with and originally booked in with but they told me they couldn’t help me as it’s not their branch, but was happy to take my deposit over the phone. Really disappointed with the treatment or should I say non treatment I’ve received and really would just like someone to contact me and refund my money asap.
