**update on this review. Nearly 2 weeks after my cancelled procedure due to them being understaffed I have finally received an email saying they don’t have to refund me due to being understaffed and this is in their terms and conditions. So basically if I don’t go ahead with the procedure now, which I can’t for at least a year due to work commitments they will not refund me. Still not sure why you would take the payment for the balance (£1,000) when I arrived at the branch when you knew you was understaffed. Seems very unprofessional and almost like I’ve been scammed. DR Shuaib still hasn’t contacted me after promising he would call me later that day to discuss what dates may be available.

Last Saturday I was booked in for a hairline transplant, after a 2 and half hour journey I arrived at the Harrow branch, I paid the balance so treatment was paid for, I was then taken to a treatment room expecting to have my procedure completed by Dr Shuaib who then come
In and told me the surgeon had called in sick, although he was the surgeon I was told I was having, he said he was really sorry and would contact me later that day to try get me booked in asap. It’s now a whole week later and i haven’t had any call or contact from Dr Shuaib or anyone from the company. I decided in the week I would like a refund as my schedule won’t allow to have it done now or at a later date, I have tried contacting everyone at the company via phone and email and no reply, the phone number online for the Harrow branch does not answer, I have tried over 50 times. I managed to speak to someone at the Romford branch who I paid my deposit with and originally booked in with but they told me they couldn’t help me as it’s not their branch, but was happy to take my deposit over the phone. Really disappointed with the treatment or should I say non treatment I’ve received and really would just like someone to contact me and refund my money asap.

I had my hair transplant done at Hair Growth Centre London (Harrow) and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The whole process was smooth and well organised, which really put me at ease.

The staff were friendly and supportive throughout the day. Dr Shoaib Mir was very professional, calm, and clearly knew what he was doing. I felt confident being under his care. Muhammad, who handled my consultation, was also very helpful and friendly. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the plan.

Overall, a very positive experience. I’m glad I chose this clinic and would definitely recommend Hair Growth Centre London to anyone considering a hair transplant.

I had my hair transplant yesterday at the Romford branch. Everything from start to finish was great. Dr Vishal Nayak was very impressive he was open and honest from the start about what is achievable and what is not as every patient is different obviously. He was friendly and put my mind at rest about a lot off things as well. All off the staff were amazing and I cannot say a bad thing about them. Highly recommended

What can I say other than this was the most painful, confusing and disappointing experience ever. So let’s start from the beginning. You enter the building which is just a rented out office floor and the first thing you enter is a dirty reception which looks unorganised and all over the show. After writing all the details I got called into one of the “surgical rooms” if you can call it that, it was more of a 2.5m x 2.5m square room which looked disgusting. Dirty old white office. You wait around for 40 minutes until a random person comes to ask you to sign documents without letting you read them. Then they take blood pressure and confirm some details. Again it was all so random and in an irregular pattern.
They try to sell you a few products like minoxidil and such.
Then I had one of the doctors come in to draw me my transplant areas and that was super rushed. After I went to get shaved, and from there proceeded back to the office to start the procedure. It was two technicians who performed on me and they were nice enough but I was expecting atleast one of the main doctors to be in the room atleast overshadowing the work. The numbing injections is the most excruciating pain you can ever image and that last for about 10 minutes when you’re almost ready to pass out from the pain. During the procedure again you get asked to sign documents which is super unprofessional as you can’t even read what you’re signing they just walk up to you whilst you’re getting operated on and put the tablet in your face. You have random technicians coming in and out of different surgical rooms to operate on you so sometimes it’s not the same person. The “doctor" comes in halfway through the day to perform the incisions which again felt super rushed. Then grafts are placed and at the end they sell you plasma injections and basically tell you that you need it and if not them the grafts will highly likely fail which they shouldn’t do if done properly. so once they have rinsed you from all your money they give you a very uncomfortable and cheapest of the cheap headband around your head, some vague instructions and a small bottle of water for spraying. Then they rush you off out. Whole day I felt huge anxiety as soon as I walked in the building I regretted going for the cheaper option who h still cost me 3700 pound. Which then makes me laugh cause on their instagram they keep showing offers for 2000 for 3500 grafts. So I overpaid for their work.
Came home with a dodgy looking hairline which I’m not happy about and not a lot of graft density which I’m guessing is so they can scan you for another hair transplant.

HONESTLY AVOID AVOID AVOID. SAVE UP and go to a proper and regulated clinic. I’m yet to speak on the results but I don’t have much hope. I’m just praying my head isn’t butchered for life!

deceptive consultation, misleading advice, non-existent aftercare. Was informed 3000 grafts had been used, yet it barely covered the front of my head despite going to geta bald patch covered. I was informed on the morning just before the procedure that they could only do the front or the back. The after-service was really poor; I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. 20/07/2024

I would give them no stars. They’re scammers and I referred my friend for his hair transplant. I was told I would get a free PRP treatment and he confirmed it but they still denied it and don’t respond at all. Absolute scammers and such bad service. I brought them business after being promised and they didn’t follow through. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone ever again. Stay far away from these people.

Yeasterday Being the first time getting a hair transplant feeling nervous but walking into the hair transplant hub in romford, speaking to Dr Vishal Nayak and his team I instantly felt at ease, any worries I had before,during and after they replied with indepth answers which completely erased any worry I had, would really highly recommend anyone looking at getting a hair/beard transplant. I was scheduled to have a hair transplant at their clinic in Manchester on the 9th of December. During the pre-procedure assessment, my diastolic blood pressure reading was very high. For this reason, the doctor made the clinical decision to cancel the procedure and advised it could be rescheduled once my blood pressure has stabilised. However, because I had already had a planned trip ( for academic purposes) to the USA, I couldn't reschedule it. I informed Ajay ( a staff member at the clinic about my trip before making payment ). The team ( Ajay and Amit) made an exception for me and my money was completely refunded.

Had my hair transplant done yesterday at the Romford hair loss centre by Dr Vishal Nayak and the team.
Very impressed with the service and communication from the very first point of booking it. Always happy to answer any questions or queries I had before, during and after the surgery. Very reasonable price compared to other clinics I contacted.
Just had a follow up call whist I’m at home recovering, to see how I’m doing.
Impressed with how it’s looking so far, very eager to see how it comes out.
Highly recommended to anyone who is thinking about taking the plunge.
