Got straight into treatment room after making payment at reception, was a bonus not waiting around. was taken care of by the team misha and dr vashal at Romford branch. so now I’m revcovery mode and awaiting results in 12 months to 18 months

Very good service I had a very positive experience at Hair Growth Centre. The staff were professional, friendly, and took time to understand my hair concerns before suggesting a treatment plan. The consultation felt honest and informative, without any pressure. The clinic was clean and well-maintained, and the treatments were explained clearly at every step. I’ve noticed visible improvement in my hair health and growth over time.

This place basically force you to do a good review.

They upsell hard and process you like peas.
Lots of calls to remove your negative reviews if you dare leave one also. You will be lucky if you see your DR for 20 mins.
My transplant worked, however could have been a better experience

Had hair transplant 2700 grafts. Excellent service from start to finish staff very friendly and welcoming can’t recommend this place enough.

⚠️Unhygienic chop shop 👎🏾⚠️
Booked to have a hair transplant specifically with Dr.Vishal Nayak.
However when I arrived there were 4 other people booked in the same time as me, and only one Dr Vishal for all 5 of us. The rest of the staff seemed like young students still learning and training. I felt like an experiment. They had to stop several times wait for the doctor to come back and wait for his okay or his opinion. Dr Vishal would pop in and out of everyone’s room and see what’s being done it was total chaos. The staff were very unfriendly and I felt so uncomfortable. They use huge needles, excruciating pain I felt from the thickness of the needles they used. I had to ask them to change gloves and sanitise after leaving the room and touching the doors ect. It really felt like a chop shop.
I regret so much choosing this clinic in Romford RM1 Hair growth centre. I do not recommend and suggest you go to Turkey where the treatment is a million miles better and far better results. The place needs a really good clean and the staff are so cold it was such an awful experience not mention that I was not listened too, and my results are not how they could have been with a little care and attention. Money wasted!
Such a shame because I had high hopes for Dr Vishal but sadly I was fooled.

This company will request you do a review and you show them it before you go.
They try like mad to upsell on the day.
If like me you leave a factual review they will constantly call you offering all sorts of incentives to revise the review.
The guy who call you demand you speak to him, talks over you and it hard work. They will not leave me alone.
Absolute nightmare

Super professional and friendly staff. Easy process all the way through, little bit of pain from the numbing side of things at the start but from then on in it was actually a good experience. The contact from the team was exceptional and the after care is very helpful.
I would highly recommend the Hair Growth Centre in all areas. Top team and thank you for the transformation so far.

Keep well away from this money grabbing fraudulent organisation. Offer free consultation, then try and make you pay. Disgusted at them. Keep well away.

Anyone out there who's feeling abit uncomfortable about the way there hair looks .call in at Romford hair clinic and see Dr vishal Nayak and team .I was one of those guys feeling uncomfortable. I made appointment at the clinic . And since having it done the transformation is unbelievable I no longer have too hide myself with wearing my cap .I owe it too Dr visual and his team .for bringing back my confidence. It has been just over six months since my hair transplant at the Romford Hair Growth Centre with Dr Vishal Nayak, and it's definitely one of the best decisions I've made.

Dr Nayak was honest, patient, and knowledgeable from the start, explaining the process clearly and setting realistic expectations. On the day of the procedure, he and the team were calm, friendly, and professional, ensuring my comfort throughout.

The clinic is clean and welcoming, and the aftercare instructions were easy to follow. They answered any questions I had promptly, which made me feel valued as a patient.

Now, I'm seeing fantastic results at the six-month mark—my hairline looks natural, and the density is improving weekly.

If you're considering a hair transplant, I highly recommend the Romford Hair Growth Centre and Dr Nayak. The entire experience so far has been outstanding.

Not impressed at all with the results. Done intence hair transplant on top and crown area with more than 4K grafts last year but dissapointed with the outcome. Doctor came only for cut and make space for new grafts, follow up by 'technicians' to put the new hair. Now even after year and a half, i get very poor results. Lost quite a lot transplanted hair after surgery, even though was told new hair going to be permanent.
I've have booked several after year follow up appointments/consultations but have been rescheduled 3 times already. Dont think they're interested to see old patients after receiving the money. Regret i should of better travel turkey for much expert doctors there :(
