I purchased the Hairmax 12 Classic Laser Comb based on the many positive reviews that I read online. It's very easy to use. I was so impressed with the outcome of others. I am hoping to start Hairmax's hair vitamins. For most, they seem to work quickly. However, everyone is different, but for sure if you are eating healthy and taking care of yourself, results are bound to happen. I plan on sending a before and after in about two months from now so stay tune.

IF IN AUSTRALIA READ THIS BEFORE YOU ORDER. My daughter ordered a hairmax cap and it was sent out by the hairmax using UPS. Email was sent when dispatched. After that never received the product. One month has passed. No delivery and no communication. I followed up Hairmax but they claim once they send out it is the customers responsibility to ensure it is delivered. This is in breach of Australian Consumer Laws where the supplier is responsible until the product is received. Appears that duty was payable but in order to pay that someone needs to contact and communicate that to the customer. This never occurred. Tried to lodge complaint with UPS but their portal would not accept because the parcel was out for delivery. In short one month later no product and $$ gone. Hairmax does not care about the customer. They will probably try to make some comment about this post that it’s not their fault but clearly they are not properly set up to do business and deliveries to Australia. I bought a Capillus hat and it arrived in 4 days and they collected the duty at the time of sale. That’s how you do business when you care about customers. Set up properly. AUSTRALIAN BUYERS BEWARE.

I ordered the HairMax LaserBand 82, but upon opening the package, I was shocked to find that the product was dirty and clearly appeared to have been used. To make matters worse, HairMax is refusing to refund my money. I expected a brand-new item and am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service.
Update after HairMax responded to my review:
I reached out to them again, and they informed me that I would have to pay for the return shipping myself. Moreover, they said they must first inspect the product to determine whether I’m telling the truth. If they are not 100% convinced, they will not refund my money — even though I already provided photo evidence clearly showing that the product was dirty and unhygienic when I opened it

I have the hairband and have seen no results. I tried to call them to initiate a return and the whole process is such a joke. I have been trying to contact them for 2 days and I keep getting a message that all lines are busy. Clearly it is a non-functioning phone line.

Very bad experience and they are so slick to delete your bad review and keep cutting and pasting repeating their responses, I purchase the cap after receiving for less than 1 day unopened I asked to return it the refused it and said I am stuck with it for 7 months, I said it’s unopened I don’t want it you can have it back they argued with me and kept saying NO Returns! I never heard of any company I NC my life! I am an Amazon executive and this is used car salesman theft!
I want this company him estimated for these practices and eventually they will close them down for this illegal practice and the doors will close! Give me my money back!

It just hasn't worked. I went to return it for a refund after 6 months, I was convinced to keep it for a further 6 months (1 year in total). I used it religiously as directed, so I'm very disappointed with all the hype. I've just packed it up to return today, of course, at my expense, and they deduct £200 from the price paid as it costs them to recondition it - that came from the horse's mouth! So used hairbands are sold on, whether that is as reconditioned or new, I don't know.

Not accountable. Delayed delivery takes forever. No communication.
I’ve ordered a product online on November 26th under a 3—5 shipping days promise.
After no contact from the company I reached out for its Instagram account and was told product was expected to be shipped on Dec 12, 10 business days after purchase.
Do not recommend.

Not true. you did not reach out and notified me regarding the delayed dispatch timeline. I was the one making the effort and contacted you through Instagram DM. Only then, I got an answer. Nothing in my emails.
And regarding "the expected ship date being clearly listed prior to my purchase" yes, it was listed as 3—5 business days and not 12, just to be clear.
Just provide better communication as a company and take responsibly, bye.

The Hairmax laser cap helped when the doctor's could not. I experienced fast, complete hair loss in a large area on the back of head, plus thinning throughout (at age 67). I was diagnosed with alopecia and provided a topical prescription from the doctor...no change after two rounds of medications and continued rapid hair loss. I began looking for alternatives, and I found Hairmax. I followed the instructions with commitment. And, just as provided in the instructions, I first experienced a slowing of the hair loss (the first month), then small 'sprouts' of new hair around the bald area (the second month), then a filling of the bald area...and now I cannot find a 'bald' area at all (one year later). I am continuing to use the Hairmax because I am finding that the volume of my hair continues to increase. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ALL!!! Just stick to it!!!

Don't buy from them. I ordered one price but when I got it it was 30% more expensive. I tried to send it back but they only agreed to refund me a part of the cost. They are liars.

I've purchased Hairmax 82 while I was on a business trip in USA in September 2024 and just after 2 months of use it stopped charging. Customer service is now asking me to ship the product BACK TO USA for evaluation and repair despite the fact they have UK representation, at MY EXPENSE which includes shipping cost and all customs charges. I am appalled. 0 STARS for quality + 0 STARS for customer service.

I thought I would give this an honest try and used for 12 months, knowing that a product like this would need time. I have to say, no real change and my hair. i have had a steady amount fall over over time and it is very thin now.
i used the same products has before, Noxin, biotin, argon oil etc etc all the normal jazz.
i spoke to a usa customer service desk about 8 months into using the product and they tried to upsell a more expensive product.
This might work but not sure really.. shame as i had high hopes for the hair max
UPDATE - Thanks Hairmax for replying, however when purchasing the machine I was made aware of the refund policy, however also told the device needs time. I should have refunded the item. Who knew ;)

Broke after a few months use. Power won’t stay on. Contacted the company and they said I would need to pay out of pocket to send the cap to the USA from the UK and pay returns shipping for them to fix it .
For the price, it’s cheaply made and the customer service is useless
