I absolutely love this company! I am very new to wig wearing and didn’t think it would be for me. I didn’t think I’d be able to find wigs within my budget that looked natural. However, this company has proved me wrong! I recently purchased the Yvonne wig 18” with small cap. It is by far my new favorite wig!! Not only does it look natural as though it’s my own hair, but the color is also incredibly beautiful!! I love that with Hairvivi there are so many beautiful colors to choose from. It’s such a glam experience. The quality of their wig far exceeded my expectations. It can be styled with heat tools and worn daily with confidence. If you’re new to wig wearing don’t search any farther because Hairvivi has what you’re looking for! I’m leaving this review for women like me who are curious about wigs but still on the fence. This is definitely the company to try. Simply cut the lace off, apply mousse around the edges for hold and look fabulous! You will be impressed.

I am a nervous wig shopper. Being diagnosed with alopecia and in a place that doesn’t have many quality options in city, I went online. Hairvivi has fast response from customer service for any and all questions or concerns, the wigs are exactly as shown. Beautiful high quality for great price. Shipping from China to Canada too 6 days. 8 total from day of order. I highly recommend them and personally will go nowhere else for quality wigs. They are all clearly talented and care so much about that products and clients.

I was honestly a bit nervous ordering at first, but I’m really glad I did. The wig I received from Hairvivi is beautiful. The hair is very soft, full, and looks really natural. What impressed me the most is the hairline it looks so realistic and blends really well.

I was also really surprised by the length. It was even better than I expected and looks amazing when styled. The wig is very comfortable to wear and feels secure throughout the day, so you can easily wear it all day without any issues.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase. This is honestly the best wig I’ve bought and I will definitely be purchasing again. After this experience, I don’t think I’ll ever buy wigs from anywhere else.

So I have always had thin hair, I wear halo extensions and clip ins, however my hair has got so thin I thought I’d try a wig rather than keep spraying my bald patches on top of the halo and clip ins. It arrived today and I have to say …. I’m so impressed. You simply cannot tell it’s a wig at all. I have sewn some hair extension clips into the front to stop it from being able to move which makes me feel more confident but I don’t think they are really essential tbh. So happy with it, can’t wait to try some different styles and colours ❤️

I love this Jacinda wig! It looks great every day and is very soft. I only use my fingers to apply products and styles. There is very little shedding. overall its a good unit for a good price also it arrived sooner than the expected delivery date! I will definitely buy this wig again.

After conducting extensive online research and reviewing numerous positive testimonials, I decided to purchase a wig from HairVivi. The reviews, product descriptions, and promotional images created clear expectations regarding quality and craftsmanship. Prior to placing my order, I contacted the company by email to raise specific concerns, and I was reassured that the product would meet the advertised standards.

I have now worn the wig three times. It has been handled with care at all times, brushed gently from the ends upward to prevent damage, and maintained according to standard care guidelines. Despite this, after only the second wear the hair became noticeably frizzy and developed multiple split and broken ends. In addition, the hairline appears artificial, the knots do not seem properly bleached, the middle part looks unnatural, and the overall construction feels bulky.

Given the premium price point and the representations made by the brand, it is reasonable for a consumer to expect a product that corresponds with those claims and demonstrates durability beyond minimal use. In my experience, the item received does not meet those expectations.

I have contacted the company to seek a resolution. In line with standard consumer protection principles regarding product quality and conformity, I believe a refund is warranted. I hope the company will address this matter promptly and in good faith.

My professional experience with this company has been nothing short of exceptional. Having purchased hair from them on four separate occasions, I was particularly impressed by their precision; each time I requested a side part, it was executed perfectly. Furthermore, the delivery is consistently prompt, and the packaging is superb. The quality of their merchandise is truly worth the investment, as they have delivered flawless results with every order. Awesome job, Hairvivi!

I have evaluated three different models: Sophia, Vivian, and Bonnie. As size S is too small and size M is too large, I found it impossible to achieve a proper fit. Despite using a wig cap and a velvet grip band, the wig remains unstable and does not feel secure. In my opinion, the 'glueless' designation is inaccurate if one intends to move the hair back from the face.

​The parting is unnaturally wide due to excessive over-plucking, and there is a significant amount of 'return hair' (short flyaways) protruding from the crown. Furthermore, the hair quality is disappointing as it fails to retain any styling. I also found that the lace does not melt into the skin; it remains clearly visible along the hairline and the parting. Despite attempting various professional techniques, a natural appearance could not be achieved.

​Additionally, after only one month of use, a bald patch appeared near the fringe area. Given these issues with construction and longevity, I cannot categorize this as a high-quality product. If you prioritize a natural aesthetic and durability, I would not recommend Hairvivi.

Not bad for the price. I really like the Victoria wig silky look and the length is natural. I will def be buying again! Thank you!!

Amazing wig they literally Mets right into my skin tone. I got a 20 inch in honey skin tone and it is to die for I get so many compliments people cannot even tell I’m wearing a wig! 10/10

Hairvivi has the best costume wigs and fast delivery and the best wig i ever worn.

I have had unsatisfactory results with this company before, but to their defence, customer services had done their best to resolve the issue. Hence why I made a subsequent purchase. I recently ordered the Elena wig. The marketing information around the wig is limited. For instance the hair type is listed only as being 100% virgin remy. All the photographs and promotional videos on hair hairvivi and YouTube show the wig as being primarily straight, with a very loose barrel curl added upon styling. The wig arrived true to form and I had been shown a photograph of the style and colour before shipping. However, what was not communicated on the hairvivi website or YouTube is that the Elena wig is essentially a body wave wig that has been temporarily styled to appear straight in the photographs. The hair curls beautifully and can be styled straight or loosely curled. If you’re happy to waste an hour of your day every day for 30 mins of wear. As if there is any moisture in the air outdoors or if the weather is slightly humid then the hair reverts immediately to a hideous, wavy, undifferentiated frizz. A wornan my age has no business wearing a wig with a replica mermaid wave. Of course you don’t know the quality of the wig until you have wore it outdoors and it has been tested against the natural elements of environment. What is looks like in direct sunlight, how it holds a curl and more importantly how well it can remain unaffected by light moisture in the air. I reached out to the company and was the subject of various insults. The later being the company would offer a $30 voucher on account of my mood. My mood being to simply point out having being misled about a product and there being nothing online to accurately inform my purchasing choice at the time. Simply advertise the wig correctly and inform people that the wig they are purchasing underneath the manipulation of styling, is more hot yoga than high society.

First of all, you are exposing yourselves publicly to be a company that has persistently failed to deliver on the standards promised according to your website and customer reviews. Complaints of any kind are legally useless without valid evidence of consumer rights violations or product misrepresentation.
If I remember correctly, according to my photo library, one of the wigs you had shipped out to me was missing a whole hairline around the right side of the forehead and temple. Let’s not then play like you did me any kind goodwill by resolving the issue with me fairly. Shall we also explain more publicly how the refund came about? I was told that I could have a refund if I removed my bad review from trust pilot. Something I will not be doing this time, refund or not. I will not be complicit in deceiving consumers and falsifying reviews. How could anybody be wearing a wig outdoors for three weeks and not have cut the lace? The problem with the quality of this wig had had only come to light following wig being worn outdoors and coming up against moisture in the air. All very well if you live in warm and dry climate but it certainty will not suffice in the UK. Hence, your wig is not fit for purpose. Of course, this wouldn’t be an issue of being misinformed had the product information around the wig had expressed this was a Rick James replica.
Although you will be looking less super and way more freak.

So, I am from Greece. Alo has been an issue for me for 13 years now because wigs with human hair cost a lot here. It's called monopoly and I don't mean the board game! This year I started looking outside Europe and I found Hairvivi. After some searching on Tik Tok and Instagram, I made the big decision. The prices are unprecedented considering that I bought very long and extremely dense hair. From the very beginning in the emails I had instant support and guidance albeit the huge time difference. Next , the delivery:Extremely fast. Then came the unboxing. Guys, everything is exactly as I ordered . And having been a woman with alo for years , I know what to look for and what to look out for in a wig. I have to be exposed to people daily , due to my work , and I have to say that won't feel anxious or concerned anymore. The quality of the hair , the upper part which looks 100 % natural , and even the sideburns that are important in a wig are exquisite and made with care and detail.
So now my only worry is how to wear my hair tomorrow, and what to wear ! 😁

I got your email. It is incredibly insulting to accuse me of doing anything to damage the wig or that it’s my fault. This frizzed up immediately and I sent photos to customer service 2 DAYS (2 DAYS) after receiving showing you that it was defective frizzy and dry upon arrival. Check your emails for dates and photos. If that isn’t verification enough,nothing is. I gave you every opportunity to exchange or refund, etc. You suggested serum or anti frizz so I tried it. You suggested wash & condition. I did and it’s still the same LOW quality hair frizzy, dry, damaged, puffy and true quality revealed itself within the first 2 weeks. This is the very definition of a LOW QUALITY product and false advertising.
High quality hair won’t do this and lasts way beyond 1-2 weeks. And you want me to send it back at my expense so you can evaluate and take up to 2 months to decide if you want to offer me a partial refund? No, thank you. Not reasonable. Hope this honest review helps other customers make an informed decision about their purchases and how the company choose to deal with defective products. Thank you.

“I wore this about 2-3 weeks washed it once high quality product & purchased expensive anti frizz. Honesty it’s low quality and just looks dry, damaged, puffy & frizzy and nothing will change that I wasted my money on a wig I won’t wear.”
Upon arrival this looked beautiful. 2 days later I was wearing it and it got little damp and it frizzed up a little like the kind of hair that dries with a wave, no big deal. Over a week wearing it, it puffed up a little more and became more and more puffy and fizzy appearing dry and or damaged.. 😔
I had contacted Hairvivi immediately the very first week with PHOTOS asking for exchange, replacement or refund etc. But obviously the lace was cut and they wouldn’t so they offered me a coupon towards another one. They suggested THIS (dry damaged hair) was high quality hair just this hair type was Ukraine unlike the Honey option that is Brazilian and I should use some hair serums so I did.
I decided to keep giving them a chance - I purchased another one from them with the HONEY lace and the two are completely different and second one ALICE is excellent quality so I will write a separate review for that but it proved they wouldn’t replace the damaged one even if I stayed their customer.
For me it’s 50/50. No matter what type of hair is used, HIGH quality would last a year and would not look this way with wearing after a few days or 2 weeks. High quality would respond to anti frizz or serums and it looks awful and I sent PHOTOS but so what? I didn’t damage it. In the end, HAIRVIVI didn’t stand by their product although they did reply politely. I GAVE THEM EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE IT RIGHT to replace the damaged hair and even purchased a 2nd wig. So if it’s good then great but if they send a damaged you are stuck with it. THEIR site wouldn’t allow me to attach images.
