Hairvivi has exceeded my expectations! Not only do they look amazing, they are very comfortable as well. I have gotten so many compliments so far and a lot of people are shocked to learn its not my real hair. As someone who suffers from hair-loss, this wig has completely shifted my self-confidence and I am having fun stying it. I have the Camilla wig, its very long and very dark but the hair is soft and the hairline is really natural. Lace pretty much melts into your skin, it is advertised as glueless but I like to use hairspray to get the lace to stick! My shipping and processing took longer because of the lace color I chose so I knew what to expect. If you read their shipping policies they are very clear and explain somethings might influence the shipping time so I was fully aware from the start and recommend reading that and being aware, they are very transparent in terms of that. Will absolutely be purchasing again, cannot wait for my next one!

I wanted to share my review of the very first human hair wig I’ve ever bought. After some intense researching and deep diving, I chose Hairvivi and the Victoria model in a 26” length.

As this was a pretty pricey purchase, I had several questions regarding the wig. Things like sourcing of the human hair, the density etc, all of which customer service was quick to answer. The 26” was not in stock on their website, but customer service made it available for me to purchase and gifted me a bang accessory to compensate for the extra manufactoring time.

I placed my order on March 4th 2025 and the shipment was sent on March 12th. It arrived exactly one week later. I’m in the EU, so I had to pay customs VAT of 40 USD. Because this was my first purchase, I used the welcome discount code and got 40 USD off my purchase. I also ordered during Women’s Day, so I got a wig Starter Kit added to my order as well.

Be aware you can’t apply more than one discount code. That means that if you have redeemed a free gift, you won’t be able to get it with the same order.

When the wig arrived, I was absolutely enamored with the feel and the smell of the hair. The feel of human hair is so much different from the cheap, synthetic wigs I have from Amazon, there’s really no comparison. The unboxing was a treat in itself and the accessories were a nice added bonus. The wig was beautifully preplucked and the knots bleached. The length of the wig was actually much longer than 26”, more like 30 or 32 inches! I specifically wanted a very long wig, so this was a great surprise. It also passed the burn test and acted like human hair.

I have a small and pretty flat back of my head, so the wig is actually too big, but the Small would be too tight. You can fix this yourself by sewing the tracks in the wig cap closer together to make it lay more flat against the scalp. YouTube has a lot of great videos. I ended up making my own “hair pad” from a wig cap and some synthetic hair which I put inside of the wig before wearing it. You can also get a custom size if you prefer. Importantly, you always have the option to return the wig, just make sure to not cut the lace or the tags off.

I’ve had the wig for 1 month now. I don’t wear it daily only on occasion and I’ve washed, conditioned and used a flat iron and the wig still looks great, but will of course need proper care. I’d recommend Lab Muffin Beauty Science for scientific and evidence-based tips about hair care. The wig has been shedding a lot less than my synthetic wigs. It still looks really great. I've left the same review on the Hairvivi website including a few pictures. The first photo is from the day of arrival and the last picture is one month after with the bangs attached but otherwise minimal styling.

All in all I’m very satisfied and happy with my purchase and I expect the wig to last for many years. I've learned a lot from this whole experience. Hairvivi’s products and customer service are great and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

I am normally not that type of person that writes reviews, but this is one of the few times i feel i have to.
I suffer from hairloss and tried a lot of wig companies over the years.
I was influenced by many tiktok adds and did a lot of research before from here, because in the beginning all wigs look beautiful till you wash and wear them a few times.
Sure, you have to restyle every wig after you wash it, but this? Oh my lord its still beautiful after a lot of wearing.
the hairline and the coloring is insane. I was never happier with a purchase.
i ordered Vivian and wasnt sure about the color so i reached out to them to change my order. They where so nice about it and delivered with no issue.

Extremely Disappointed – No Hair, No Honesty

I ordered a wig from Hairvivi over three weeks ago as a gift for my girlfriend. This was my first time ordering from them, and it’s been nothing but a frustrating experience. After not hearing anything for a while, I reached out via email. They told me the wig would ship last week—but it still hasn’t, and I’ve gotten no update since.

I could understand a short delay, but going on nearly a month with no product and broken promises is unacceptable. For the price I paid, I expected way better communication and service.

At this point, I’m honestly concerned I’ve been scammed. I really hope someone from Hairvivi gets back to me soon and makes this right. I just want the wig delivered ASAP.

********Update on wearing. After about 2 weeks of wear there was excessive shedding on the crown where the hairs are breaking off right above the bleached knots. So much that I had to email them and tell them I wanted to return it. The "don't cut the lace warranty is garbage in my opinion. Because how are you supposed to wear a wig without cutting the lace to know if you like it or not?? They insisted on bribing me with a partial refund of $60. Or sending it to them to repair after they decided if the malfunction was their fault or not. They would pay for freight and repair. If I was at fault then I eat the cost. I have yet to make a first payment and have only just now had the wig for a month but started the email process April 29th. The delays in responses has taken much longer to find a resolution. Fortunately if I'm not satisfied with the outcome, which seeing all the other reviews and how they were unable to get refunded, my cc company will dispute it for me and I will hopefully not be at a loss. Personally I don't know that I'd want to purchase from them again after this experience. If they don't make it right.
To add they did offer me $20 to leave my positive review on here. And my initial review of the wig Is my honest opinion. I just think that the overall quality of the wig itself did not hold up it's end of the deal. I am not able to style the wig at the crown because the hairs break off so easily. As far as the wefted part and the cap, hair color, texture. I absolutely love this wig. It's stunningly beautiful and while using heat tools I try to avoid the crown as much as possible and only do low heat loose curls. I've washed it a few times and I love the natural body wave it holds. It gives a great natural look that's effortless. Which is what I love the most. I don't like to have a done up look all the time. I would wear it natural mostly. I did mention in my emails that I have glued it down a few times. That did not affect the portion of hairloss that I have experienced. Although in their email back they told me that it could have. I didn't get glue on the the crown. The glue goes on the top of my forehead and the extra lace that sits on my forehead. I still have bio hair. And if the hair loss from the wig was from the glue, that would require me putting glue on my own hair and scalp. That would mean the glue would be sticking to the knots on that portion. Which it has not. As I've mentioned before. The hairs break off above the bleached knots. (Personally I believe it's extremely over processed) I hope they have the integrity to honestly help me. But I don't have much hope based on others 1 star reviews on here which is why I switched my 5 star rating to 3. 3 instead of 1 because I have the wig and it was exactly what I wanted but there was a defect. Based on how the outcome is, i will update again. *********

I have never owned a human hair wig before. Sophia 18" would be my first one ever. I've always worn heat synthetic. I suffer from hair loss that has forced me to wear wigs in the last 9 months. After almost 5 months of just reading reviews and watching videos of every wig hair vivi has to offer, I finally decided to give them a try. My main concern was if the rooting color would be too dark. Which it absolutely is not at all! It's perfect! One of my favorite parts is how i can run my hands through the hair like i would if it were my real hair. That makes me so happy! The cap is comfortable. The lace melts perfect to my skin tone. The baby hairs, the return hairs. I love all of it. Making the wig look more natural in my opinion. I did struggle a little bit cutting the ear tabs just right but I managed to get them perfect. The color is perfect. The knots are impeccable 👌. I don't know how someone could leave a negative review for this wig. I would buy another one in heartbeat.

I ordered the Vivian wig on 3/31/2025 and expected I would receive it in 3 to 5 business days. ( That’s what the website said .). My receipt also says my purchase expedited shipping

The expedited shipping was a large reason why I made this order. It was critical that I receive the wig in the time frame quoted on the we site.

Today is 4/10/2025, I have been angry the first week and a half. Last week hairvivi promised they would send it early this week. Early this week they said it woukd be sent sometime this week, and now it’s nearing the end of the week, and they still havent shipped anything.

I missed a 300 dollar work gig, because I didn’t want to go without my hair. Also since I can’t afford to miss work again, I had to go out and spend 200 fir another piece, but it isn’t the quality I was hoping to get from Hairvivi
I have been so angry with them. But now I am just so sad.

500+ dollars is a major expense for me. I was so exited and they have just crushed me. They are doing a lot of apologizing and giving many excuses, it’s like a slap in the face. Of the mailed it today it would be longer than two weeks since my order that I would receive it.

They even had the nerve to act like the $40 odd welcome gift they gave me was some kind of excuse for misleading me.

It’s so sad. Don’t let it happen to you.
A delay, I could maybe understand, but I just let them string me along.

I ordered from Hair Vivi for the first time not knowing what to expect. I received great customer service and communication. My unit is flawless! The quality of the product is amazing and even the packaging was luxe! Definitely will purchase from them again! Highly recommend!

This is my first time ordering from Hairvivi and I’m so happy… let’s start there! From the packaging to the instructions and the extra little trinkets in the box, the attention to detail is truly appreciated. But the unit? I’m obsessed. The hair quality is amazing, the lace is undetectable, the hairline is flawless, and it even smells great. You can literally wear this unit straight out of the box! Honestly, it’s worth every single penny.

I am not an influencer and was worried I'd get a subpar wig but the wig they sent me matched the photo and was as good as quality as what I've seen in their ads. However I didn't care for the color of the wig on me and requested a refund. HairVivi arranged for return promptly and refunded me shortly after it was delivered.

Worst quality I ever purchased I don’t like the quality of the yaki texture the style on the side was not what i expected I don’t recommend the Selma side part i even tried cutting it and restyling hair came out worse I purchased a cheaper hair and it was way better quality I will never purchase from them again ever again!

UPDATE: My return was easy as pie. All you have to do is follow-the-insturctions. And yes, they will try to get to keep it but I think that Is just part of the sales protocol; all wig companies try that first. Can't blame them. But once you are really sure - you can return as long as you follow-the-insturctions.

I have since both a second wig - I had it customized so it was a final sale. The product was great! So now I have a straight wig and a curly wig.

So far so good. I found HairVivi while I was writing a review about another hair company who has terrible customer service. Another reviewer felt the same way and recommended trying Hairvivi in her review. So I did...

So far the process to order was easy and the response time seems to be within the 24H timeframe they stated. I ordered a few wigs to try out and decided on the Victoria wig 14". It's not too thick and not too long; just right for me. The items were packaged very well and there was no weird smell, actually there was a nice floral smell. The hair is AMAZING. It is what I have been looking for - the other wigs looked ok but they were "heavy", I felt like I was wearing cousin It on my head.

I went ahead and ordered a curly wig, as I have been looking for one for some time and they have a style I like - Erica.

Hoping there returns go smoothly - I saw someone had a not so good return experience but overall it looks like most customers were happy. Oh and I have yet to wash the unit - it was wear ready out the box.
