This hotel is truly exceptional and one of the best I have ever stayed in. The location is perfect, making it very easy to reach all the main places. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff are very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Everything was organized at a high level, and my stay was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and great service.

Amazing service to get hotel in peak times holiday

The hotel was in a good location at a walking distance from al Azhar and central market area, the staff was very kind and ready to help, the room was quite clean

First of all the booking process was seamless. I booked from US and was a bit worried at the beginning considering I have never used this site first. However, it turned out to be completely opposite in terms of price in the first place. The typical go to places were showing at least $50 difference per day for the type of room we were looking for. The reviews of this site was also genuine in my research.

Very good nice people

I recently booked the Golden Star Hotel in London through HalalBooking.com. I made this reservation five months in advance and even paid the full amount 15 days before the trip, receiving both a successful payment notification and a confirmation email.
However, when I arrived at the hotel with my family and luggage, I was shocked to be told that my booking had been cancelled. The hotel representative informed me that HalalBooking had already notified them about the cancellation and even claimed that the refund had been processed.
When I contacted HalalBooking, I was told the hotel had not issued any refund, which completely contradicts what the hotel stated.
This situation caused me significant financial loss, stress, and inconvenience, especially while traveling with family. What was supposed to be a pleasant trip turned into a very frustrating experience.
Based on this incident, I strongly advise others not to use HalalBooking.com. The lack of communication, misleading information, and poor handling of the situation made this one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
