I would not recommend halaloptions. Inexperience staff don’t know what they are doing.

I would not recommend this halal mortgage broker based on my experience. Communication was very poor—it was extremely difficult to get hold of anyone, and when I did, the staff often seemed unsure and lacked proper knowledge of the mortgage process and paperwork.

There appeared to be a lack of experience within the team, along with poor coordination between departments, which caused unnecessary delays and confusion throughout the process.

Because of the overall poor service and lack of confidence in their ability to manage the process properly, I decided not to proceed with them.

Overall, it was a frustrating and time-consuming experience, and I would advise others to proceed with caution.

Don't waste your time.

I've booked a free phone consultation at 9am on 30th Dec. at 9:05am no body called, so I dialed their main line and spoke to the receptionist who acknowledged my appointment, however upon checking, no consultants were available to take my call! Anyway, I left my number and I asked her if someone can call me after 10:30am because I am having a meeting after soon but I should be free after 10:30.

I received a call from a mobile phone before the time I advised, and I was in the meeting, the guy who called, left me a text saying who he was. After I finished my meeting, I texted him back and said I am free now if he can talk. No response to my message and nobody called back, I allowed more than enough time (30 and 31 Dec) for them to call back before I jump to write this review.

So this clearly shows that this business doesn't take their client seriously, and it is ok for them to miss appointments and no trying to apologies for this or make it right.
