I was contacted by Hallbrook with regards to some very old share dealings that I had long written off. After the initial call to arrange an appointment I had a telephone questionnaire and then simple forms to complete. They informed me of what would happen, how long it would take and then contacted me if and when necessary but not just for the sake of it. After about six months I received contact with a very satisfactory conclusion. I would thoroughly recommend them.
