We had excellent service when we purchased our green house. Rachel was extremely helpful when we rang for extra support whilst putting the greenhouse up. That was last year. Unfortunately the wind manage to blow our roof vent last week, It was extremely windy. I wrote an email and the following day it was answered and a vent ordered. Such prompt friendly service even a year or so after the green house was purchased.

I spoke with Halls several times before placing my order as I was so unsure what size and model to buy. The before care as in helping me purchase their product was outstanding; its what service came after! My magnum was delivered and I paid for their third party installer. My installer Rob and Bobby was outstanding, professional, friendly and was really pleased with the end result. Then, it rained!! Water was leaking into the greenhouse on all four corners. I rang Halls and asked if the greenhouse should be watertight, I was met with a very rude response, 'its a horticultural greenhouse, it not going to be waterproof, especially at that price point'. Well, at 'that price point' I spent 1.6k approx on the greenhouse and installation and a further 3k on the footings1 I had saved for my greenhouse and was so excited, so her rude response was not what i was expecting! I enquired why there were no stop ends on the gutter channel, to be told 'you have to buy those separately'. At no point in all my research phone calls to Halls, did 1, anyone tell me that my greenhouse would not be watertight, and 2 I would need to purchase specific guttering attachments. So i placed my order for their guttering attachments. I have been left feeling disappointed so what with her response, especially as I have been saving and planning my greenhouse project for so long. I do hope our conversation was recorded for training purposes so maybe they could use it to train customer services to be more receptive on the telephone with aftercare!

My son bought my wife a Wall Garden for Christmas. It has been a nightmare to construct. The instructions are just line drawing that are almost meaningless it has taken hours to build .Halls should get some instruction writing help from IKEA. The last 6x8 greenhouse I built was from Crittal and only took half a day clear well laid out instructions with a parts list. Never again!!

Outstanding service. Greenhouse is well made and even though quite difficult to work out how to put together. Giant Meccano set! It is well worth the effort. Couldn't be more pleased with it. Need to speak with company about window latch and it was dealt with immediately.

Quality greenhouse frame, but do not buy the polycarbon windows with metal clips they keep blowing out. Not covered under warranty. We live in a sheltered location, not exposed to serious winds... Not much help from customer service!

The quality was good. I had the green 8 x 6 model and it looks really fine. Assembly was ok, instructions clear and didn't take too long to get together.
I would recommend.

I purchased a wall mounted greenhouse with a base and tempered glass. The quality was excellent and although it took some time to erect the final result was very pleasing and looks really good in the garden

Halls Greenhouse 10 x 8 6mm Polyhedrane glass Difficult to build the instructions cover far to many models, diagrams are insufficient and the glass seal strip is horrendous to put on. Once constructed the Greenhouse does seem very stable and secure

Everything previous reviewers have said about the truly dreadful instruction leaflet are true. I have built log cabins from scratch and I would do that again any day than try and work out how to assemble a 6 x 10 Juliana greenhouse from the leaflet provided. I notice that most positive reviews refer to the assistance given - so assume that most people have resorted to asking form help. Now that it's up, the greenhouse looks great.

Halls Wall Garden 2x6 - Green - 3mm Toughened Glass this was a total nightmare to build the instructions may as well of been in Arabic and the pictures are a total waste of time some how I was left with about 20 bots and screws and the glass seal strip is horrendous to put on my fingers are bleeding

Halls Cotswold Birdlip 6x 8 well l love my greenhouse but for one thing the zero door way is driving me crazy no mater what I do the screws undo on there own and are so hard to replace and the doors just don’t run well I wish I had never had this model but I am disabled and thought it would be easier for me but now I am forever up steps trying to fix the doors again

Bought a 6x4 greenhouse in February 2026 , contact with the company was excellent , they kept me informed of delivery date and provided any help I needed, I had a glass panel break when installing , I contact Rachel who was very helpful and arranged for a replacement glass. It was delivered waiting 4 days from UK to Northern Ireland.fantastic job thanks for an excellent product and great customer service.

I purchased 2x6 Halls Supreme Wall Garden Green Greenhouse - 3mm Toughened Glass. … We are handy people but goodness me assembly/instructions are awful.

They look comprehensively put together but when you actually start working through them. They are not. We are a full day in and only at the point of shelves. Glazing next which I am dreading!

If it all comes together ok (fingers crossed) it will look great as I love the design but I will literally have PTSD over this green house.

Could not fault anything from Halls greenhouses / Juliana group from initial order to delivery and after sales care the greenhouse was easy to assemble and very sturdy when all assembled initially I thought it was a bit light but no when it’s all assembled and glass in it it is solid very well pleased with it and a pleasure to deal with

She went out of her way to track down spare parts for my outdated Manor greenhouse and sent the to me promptly. Your very lucky as a company to have such a helpful efficient member of staff. Fantastic the delivery driver Liam was amazing I was not in he rang my ring door bell and said about delivery I asked if he could put up the side of the house he said yeah no problem.
When I got home he had delivered the 2 packages directly onto my patio safely . Thanks amazing guy deserves a pay rise

I ordered the Popular 86 greenhouse. The instructions to erect it are abysmal to say the least. We have in fact put this greenhouse up 3 times before getting it to fit correctly. This was with the aid of YouTube. One man in particular videoed the process of erecting his greenhouse 15 years ago and repeatedly said how incomprehensible the instructions were so why oh why have they not changed and made more understandably. Once the greenhouse was erected it looked good and sturdy but would definately not buy or recommend anyone to buy it
