Manufacturing error and no accountability

This review is for Hallway Furniture (Australia), I purchased Dorothy Three-Door Cabinet with Drawer and when I received it nothing in the flat pack was numbered all of the screws and components where put in the one large bag that they expected me to sift through.

Their customer service, granted, was responsive but utterly useless as they told me to:
1) read the instruction manual and figure out which parts to go where when it was their manufacturers fault for not putting the corresponding numbers on each piece.
2) I was then told to take everything out and send a birds eye view of the parts, which is impossible to do in the small room space, so they can tell me the numbering.
3) I was told the reason why all of the screws and components were in one huge bag (that weighted 8kg) is due to "environmental consideration", which was a hilarious joke, as the packing came in 3 large boxes filled with half a ute's worth of styrofoam and plastic.
