Saw the owners at Crown for breakfast this morning (they were in their polos with the brand logo). The way he was so rude to the service staff was absolutely disgusting! Going on about how she took his choice away about having a coffee just because she didn’t ask what he wanted as soon as he sat down (it was about 5 minutes after and she was busy helping a full dining room). Acting so entitled and speaking down to the server it was awful to witness. The letter boxes look great however I will not order from there due to his poor, entitled behaviour. Maybe next time they wear something with the company logo it may be wise to treat people with respect, regardless of who they are.
