I found the technology clunky. Asked for the strongly promoted refund. Still haven’t got it.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE, THE TRADERS I BELIEVE ARE GLORIFIED SALES PEOPLE WHO WOULD STEAL OFF THEIR OWN GRANDMOTHER. MY OPINION ONLY, HAD NOTHING BUT CRAP INFO AND CONSTANT SALES PITCH ON HOW GOOD THEY ARE. SAVE YOUR MONEY, THEY'LL TAKE IT QUICK IF YOU’RE NOT CAREFUL

Terrible experience with Halo, paid a large upfront cost for an ‘professional’ advisor.
Sold the dream to start with and then barely heard boo since.
The stocks I was advised to buy, I was m also advised to sell in such short period of time.
Sometimes only a couple of days.
Often loosing me money and the advisor making money in commission for the buy/sell.
All seems like a scam.

Additionally the platform is so hard to navigate, it gave me a headache.

Wouldn’t waste my money here and put it towards a more professional financial advisor firm.
I would like HALO to acknowledge a partial refund of my upfront costs. But I highly doubt I’ll see a cent. Karma will come around.

Do not take advice from these people. They convinced my 80+-year-old mother to spend thousands of dollars on "subscriptions" that last 10 years, double charged her on some of these reports then ignored a request for a refund until a compliance complaint was lodged (still waiting months later for a satisfactory resolution), turn the investments over frequently so they make commissions and inaccurately reporting returns (they tell her she's making a profit when in reality she has lost 30% of her investment, the capital gains tax reports are incorrect since they don't account for fees and they don't provide currency gain/loss reports required for tax purposes). 3 days before the 12-month anniversary of buying some shares was up they convinced her to sell one of the few investments where she made a gain, so she didn't get the capital gains tax discount. The brokers are hard-sellers, not interested in the needs of their clients, just making another trade.

HALO provides an innovative solution for Advisers and their clients. It is an excellent Global investing platform. Partnering with Halo to provide a solution for our clients. The portal is very easy to use and understand the valuable features, a good Customization to any business. Cost effective for clients through every step with knowledge and great patience is invaluable. In this regard, Antonia Chao has to be acknowledged for her courtesy and helping us with the Adviser platform training. Antonia's prompt response has been a delight. Keep up the good work team!

I was a member with Halo Technologies for 3 years and this was my experience:
Year 1 - $800 membership cost
Year 2 - $1500 membership cost
Year 3 - $1700 membership cost
$24,000 loss in overall investment.
NO HELP OR ADVICE for the 3 years I was a member. It's not a service, it's a platform.
When I exited Halo I got told I made poor choices, which I did. However my poor choices were chosen from and recommended by the platform I spent thousands to have access to....recommendations by their professionals. Not once in 3 years did Halo call me to discuss my options to help recover or optimise my portfolio. When you look at their recommendations and do the maths, you have a 40% chance to lose on your investment. Do not even think about talking with these guys, they aren't genuine and don't care about you as a customer. They treat you in relation to how much money you have. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

They are very keen to sign you up!
Had a great adviser at first,very inciteful and on the front foot.
Had regular discussions.
But after 2 months into a 3 year subscription he was laid off.He had the courtesy of letting me know.
Since them I have heard nothing and have no idea who my adviser is,or any recommended portfolio recommendations.
Not impressed.

Giuseppe Fazzari bought me into Halo, he helped me upload my stock and held my hand during the whole process. I couldn’t recommend him enough.
There was hardly a learning curve and the training team are very good at teaching me how to by stock

HALO provides an outstanding data source for global investing. Assistance is required to locate, understand and utilise it's valuable features, and that's where the VIP Club comes into its own. Having the ability to call an advisor who will guide you through every step with knowledge and great patience is invaluable. In this regard, Ben James has to be acknowledged for his courtesy, understanding of the HALO technology, and his attention to detail.

Halo is proving to be a valuable and practical analytical tool to research and monitor stocks. Being new to investing and all the information and data that comes with it, the support and training model that is in place as a VIP member is invaluable. Account Managers are approachable, supportive and pragmatic in their approach to educating on both the use of the system tools & methodology and general knowledge sharing of stock market investing & trading. What has stood out to me is the authenticity in wanting to ensure customers get the best out of a great product.

It was a good experience. Saxon Forrest was very patient as I am a first time Halo user. He stepped through most of the main features of Halo allowing me to follow him on my PC and to take some notes on the way through. At the end Saxon invited me to contact him at any time for further training.

I have enjoyed the benefits of the Halo VIP Club for a few years now.. amazing support.
Here is an example.. some time in late 2021 I wanted to buy some energy, oil and gas stocks in US.
I asked my adviser Tristan to put together a few filters for a scan to find such stocks. I used these filters and bought 6 American oil companies that met Gareth's 4 step process. To date I am up 28% plus dividends. I have more recently used that scan to find oil and gas pipeline stocks using the same entry rules. All stocks are looking promising for long term holds.

I was a bit overwhelmed when I first logged into Halo on my computer, however after my one on one training today things became much cleaner, I will still have to ask for help occasionally but I was very happy with how I was shown the key features and how to use them. I would definitely recommend this one on one training to any new comer to Halo.

To assist in a better understanding of managing a portfolio, we were able to sync computers, which greatly facilitated the learning process. The tutor was patient and most helpful!

I found the training useful and informative. The instructor knew his material and made me aware of the parts of the program that I would find most useful for my circumstances. He kept checking in to make sure I understood and whether I had further questions. I may have enjoyed it more if it were a 'zoom' type meeting where I could meet the instructor and he could share his screen with me. That would have felt more personal than a phone call. I feel comfortable in following up with questions that might arise in future.
