We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours except for Custom Fit which can take between 4-6 weeks as these items are built to your specific requirements. At Halpenny Golf all in-stock orders received Monday through Thursday will be shipped within 24 hours and all in-stock orders received Friday through Sunday will be shipped no later than the following Tuesday. You will receive a notification e-mail from GLS with your tracking number and estimated arrival time. All packages are sent insured so there is no concerns about broken products on arrival.

worst experience ever

worst experience ever! zero stars.
delivery took 3 month order cancelled and Charged me 50 bucks for return.
Still ongoing refund process with GLS deliveries for refunding charges -nightmare.

Hi Philip,
Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your experience. However, we would like to clarify the situation for anyone reading this review.

Your order was shipped in late October 2025. Unfortunately, due to delivery issues in your area of Switzerland with the courier, the parcel could not be delivered as expected. Following communication with our customer service team, a full refund was issued to you in November.
Throughout the process, we kept you informed of the situation and you confirmed that you understood the issue was with the courier and not our company. You accepted the full refund at that time.

The parcel was subsequently delivered by the courier in December, and you kindly confirmed receipt. We then arranged for the bag to be collected and returned at our expense. For this reason, we are unclear why the review refers to return costs, as these were covered by us.
Regarding VAT charges, these should not have been paid. As outlined in our email correspondence, GLS acknowledged this as an error and confirmed that any such charges would be handled by them. You were advised not to make any payment, and to our knowledge no costs were incurred by you.

Since the parcel was collected, we have not received any further contact regarding additional issues.
We sincerely apologise again for the inconvenience caused by the courier.
We worked to resolve the situation as quickly as possible, issued a full refund within a few weeks, and covered all associated costs.

Great company to deal with!

Great company to deal with!
Ordered a gift for grandson’s Christmas good communication and quick delivery.
Unfortunately I had to return the gift as I had chosen the wrong size of club for him as he had grown up since his last visit home.
Returned item with great help from the customer service department and received refund.

Hi Oisin, we are very sorry for the delivery delay caused by GLS

I can see we processed and shipped the club the day after your evening order was placed, but sadly the carrier has let us down in the delivery process.
I can see the parcel took almost 2 weeks for them to process in the depot before delivery.

We have been in constant talks with the carrier since mid December re issues faced by them and subsequent delays impacting our business and customers.

We take great pride in our service levels and have taken steps to ensure this situation does not occur again.

At the moment the package I ordered on…

At the moment the package I ordered on December 21st has not arrived. It is now Wednesday 14th January and Halfpenny Golf are asking the silly question - how was your experience with us. If the package arrives fairplay. When I email to tell them this - the email I send - does not arrive with them. From experience - my advice - con merchants please do not order online!

I have checked emails and have not received any communication, as such we were not aware of any issue prior to you leaving this review.

The clubs have stuck at your logistics services since the 11.December
I still have not received the clubs

Hi Andrea, as per our email communications, we are extremely sorry for the delay GLS has caused. The carrier service have let us down hugely since mid December as they have been backlogged in several locations

We are in constant daily contact with them in an attempt to resolve all issues and have all parcels delivered. Unfortunately this taking longer than we were promised in many cases

I can see your parcel last updated yesterday so is still on way to you, but we fully appreciate the timeline is far longer than should have been due to carrier issues.

We are deeply sorry for the delay and inconvenience caused
