We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours except for Custom Fit which can take between 4-6 weeks as these items are built to your specific requirements. At Halpenny Golf all in-stock orders received Monday through Thursday will be shipped within 24 hours and all in-stock orders received Friday through Sunday will be shipped no later than the following Tuesday. You will receive a notification e-mail from GLS with your tracking number and estimated arrival time. All packages are sent insured so there is no concerns about broken products on arrival.

Complicated

Buying a voucher was more complicated than expected. Not a one for all, you have to decide either in store or online, found that strange.
Then after purchase you had to wait up to an hour to recieve a second email with the voucher.

We are sorry for the delay caused by GLS, I can see we processed and shipped order on 22nd Dec and sent details.
As is the case with all EU parcels this had to be processed via Germany and as such had a delay. I can see delivery happened on 12th so hopefully all is received now

Your order was processed on the same day it was received (sunday) and left us the next day, however our carrier GLS has unfortunately experienced a significant backlog, which has delayed some deliveries, including yours.
Please be assured we are doing everything possible to have all orders delivered as quickly as possible and are in daily contact with GLS, stressing the urgency of these shipments.

ALL parcels entering the EU are being processed via one main hub in Germany and this is causing delays also at this time.

Ordered a Christmas present on 20 Dec

Ordered a Christmas present on 20 Dec, as of 03 Jan, still no sign of the order. Very disappointed in the delivery service. Whilst this maybe down to the courier provider, orders from other companies ordered after this order arrived in time for Christmas. Very very disappointing.

GLS - very poor performance

On December 17th, parcel was entered in the FLS track&trace system. Nothing happened till December 30th. Apparently, GLS had a high workload and was not able to move the parcel to their German hub in these 2 weeks.

I have been in contact with your customer service twice, but this hasn't helped.

Package is still in transit and hasn't been delivered untill today.

The Golfclub was bought as a Christmas present .....

Very disappointed 😞

I personally have replied to every email you sent within minutes of receiving them and gave as much information as possibly could based on what details we had from GLS. I even sent on a copy of the responce from them relating to your specific parcel in reply.

As mentioned the parcel was delayed in local depot to be process and then also faced a backlog in Germany due to the large volume entering the EU and all via one hub

We really do pride ourselves on the best level of customer service , and in this case sadly we have been let down by our carrier service which has impacted the service levels you recieved.

I am sorry for the issue re head spec thats transpired also. Your refund was issued in full prior to the club getting back to us as goodwill based on the issues you had already faced.

We have been badly let down by carrier and am very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I can only say that I personally have been in touch and offered the best service I could based on the issues faced and appreciate the understanding you have shown in our communications.

Disappeared?

I ordered a golfbag on the 18th of December 2025 .Today is the 3rd January 2026 and I ve not received it ..it should have been a Christmas present for my husband -He and myself are very disappointed
