Elsa is a great representative for Hamper App customer service, she answered all my questions and got everything done in a timely and prompt manner. Hamperapp is one of my favorite laundry services to get my laundry done, I like the way my clothes look, when they bring it back, it is clean, soft, and fresh. So I will always use Hamperapp to wash my clothes. You want clean, soft and fresh clothes, use Hamperapp.

I started using Hamperapp for my household items based on a friend’s recommendation, and I’m hooked. Everything comes back spotless, perfectly arranged and smelling good , also laura cs she help me with some questions and was very kind and polite when I was trying to place mi order. Great service!

Midway through a 2-week biz trip (5 cities, 4 time zones and a 50 degree temp range, I had about 40 hours on the ground in Miami to do laundry before part 2 of the trip. I found Hamperapp online (Google); set up an account on Friday night while on the plane, and shortly after checking into my room had a pickup scheduled for Saturday morning. The app was easy to navigate; I could track my driver pickup. Using the chat function was also great, because I needed to address a small payment snafu in the app but that didn’t stop my order from being processed and ready to be dropped off on time - so that I could repack the clean clothes and check out on time. It’s a premium but fair price (20lb) for a minimum charge. With the 20 lbs minimum I could have washed the whole family’s laundry had they been traveling too. Friendly customer service and timely delivery of quality-cleaned and folded clothes. Thank you.

Horrible company, we had a house fire so washed almost all our clothes with them to find that they still smelled like smoke over 2k later. When the didn’t offer any refund they did them again but said almost half was not a rewash and refused to do it. Clothes also came back damp and blankets and comforters smelled like mildew. They sent the driver to a wrong address multiple times, they never update when you will get your clothes picked up or delivered unless you ask. When I asked to get my clothes back and not be charged they said that was against the policy so the ‘facility’ essentially could do whatever with my clothes and charge me whatever. Horrible company, dishonest, poor operations, DO NOT USE. I have never had a worse experience with a company.

Cancelled my service by text last minute. Very frustrating.

DO NOT USE HAMPER APP. Zero stars is too many for HAMPERAPP. They damaged clothing, took no responsibility, did not offer compensation or even refund the charge for what was supposed to be dry cleaned. The items were very obviously thrown in a washer and dryer instead of dry cleaned. There are plenty of other businesses that offer the same service at the same pricing, but that are actually reputable and stand behind their work. HAMPERAPP is a SHAM AND A SHADY APP/business- you will be disappointed at a cost. In my experience they are a HUGE FAIL AND A SCAM.

Picked up laundry 3 hrs late. Dropped off a day late. Was told it would be dropped off at 7 when it wasn’t dropped off during drop off hours wasn’t dropped off until the next day. STAY AWAY LAS VEGAS SUCKED!!!

Good laundry service, but delivery is often outside window

It brought me to hamperapp.com.
Their website said, "Hamperapp is your solution to quick and easy dry cleaning services in Delta, UT."

But when I entered my zip code to see their prices, it said, "We do not serve your address ... for now".

I recently moved to Hollywood, FL, and needed a reliable laundry service. That’s when I found Hamperapp, and it’s been a game-changer! I’ve used their services about 10 times now, and I absolutely love it. The app is incredibly user-friendly, with transparent pricing that takes the guesswork out of the process. I also appreciate being able to track the driver in real-time and see photos of the drop-off—such a thoughtful feature! If you’re looking for a top-notch laundry and dry cleaning service, I highly recommend Hamperapp.

The clothes came back dirty and they overcharged me!!! They will lie and say your laundry is significantly heavier than it actually is. I caught them in a lie and they added an additional 17 pounds.

Terrible, I paid for three comforters to be washed and they came back still damp and smelled funny. I ask for my money back and they are refusing saying they will rewash. I don’t want them to rewash because they didn’t do it right the first time. So sorry but no. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
