Professionally and courtesy

Recently I have purchased several items from Hampshire Generators which includes cables, solar panel and 2 x Generators, usually direct but once through Ebay.

Each and every time I have experienced fast delivery, good, professional communication either by phone or messaging and prices on par with the industry standard or cheaper.

My personal opinion on Hampshire Generators is that this company has shown consistently how to operate professionally and with courtesy.

the never ending story

I thought it would be a simple warranty replacement or refund but instead, it has been lots of emails and 'out of our hands' issues. From known faults with no recall, missed emails, supplier barcodes being corrupt, (which again was a known issue but they sent them out to try anyway?) someone leaving the company and their cases not being passed on, packages not being delivered to manufacture so technically they are out of warranty as they have been waiting for months, emails not responded to for weeks and now just waiting for someone to get back from holiday as they investigate why they didn't see email attachments that they said they saw . - super boring to deal with with no empathy for the customer and a lot of blaming everyone else. I think what must be happening is that the people on the after sales team don't have authority to say when enough is enough, we should probably just give this customer a credit note and let them get on with it. Instead I am here waiting fro the fourth person to start looking into it to get back from holiday who is apparently the operations manager......the mundane story continues. I don't even want the generator now as it was unreliable and cost me sales when I took it out on markets.

Best Service Possible

This is the second generator I've bought from Hampshire Generators, the service and delivery for both orders was excellent.
A real pleasure to deal with a knowledgeable, friendly and efficient team. Highly recommended

Fast delivery

When shopping for Ecoflow products HG prices are in line with other retailers. This means you don’t feel you are paying a premium for their impressive delivery times. When buying online delivery times vary greatly. I’m far from impressed with the majority. When dealing with HG you get good clear advice and fast delivery. It’s almost like they are located next door.

Generator purchase

Before I ordered my generator I rang the office for advise and clarification which generator would best suit my requirements. The guy was most helpful and inspired me to make the right decision. On delivery I knew I'd made the right choice. It's been tried and tested since and it does exactly as respected. I thoroughly enjoyable experience. Thank you

Great customer service! (Anker 535 solar bundle)

Ordered an Anker 535 and solar panel bundle. Arrived home to find solar panel delivered but no power station, despite TNT delivery note stating the delivery consisted of TWO pieces.

Spoke to customer services and they were great, explaining that the power station would be delivered the next day due to it coming coming under ‘Dangerous Goods’. As stated it arrived promptly the very next morning before 9pm.

The customer service here is great. Polite, knowledgeable staff that will answer any questions you have throughout the whole process.

HIGHLY recommend this company and will definitely be a returning customer.
