Terrible customer service
A good product, with terrible customer service, which I suspect to be A.I. Steer clear, if you value your time, and mental health. Be warned, you won't be able to reach a human if you try, and this company is very, very slow to cancel or refund anything. The suspiciously English name is a front in my view. And I've seen they've replied to this review, also A.I., and they're still not helping me.

I’ve ordered from Hampton & Astley previously and stupidly on my part left an old address in the delivery section! Absolutely awful experience
Absolutely awful experience. Made an order, was told it was out of stock after waiting weeks, I requested to cancel it several times and didn't get a reply. They sent out the items I no longer needed and charged me to return them. It's been months and I'm still waiting on a refund after emailing, calling and filling in forms. Awful.

These hand towels are really good
These hand towels are really good, they don't shed fibres, as I've had problems in the past with other makes. They dry well and pleasant to use.

Quality of service and products are exceptional. The best bedding! It’s so silky and smooth. I suffer with chondrodermitis on my ear and the silky texture of the fabric really helps to ease the pain. Very happy ❤️
