Dishonest "Guarantee". Avoid this company at all costs
Do not be fooled by their "30-day trial guarantee." The sheet I received was rough and nowhere near luxury quality, but getting them to honour their own return policy took weeks of infuriating stalling tactics and a week of total ghosting.
I only received a return label after officially opening a chargeback claim with my bank. To add insult to injury, they are now trying to penalise me with a £5 return fee for an item that is defective or not as described, which is illegal to do so.
Absolute nightmare customer service. They will ignore you until you force their hand through your bank. Stay away.

Can't recommend Hampton & Astley enough. Their Egyptian cotton bedding is an absolute dream. Until you've slept in bedding like this, you don't realise what you're missing.
I never thought changing my bedding could make such a difference to my sleep, but it really has. I actually struggle to get out of bed in the mornings now, especially during this heatwave! It keeps me so much cooler, and the sateen finish is so soft and feels really luxurious.
Genuinely stunning bedding. I'd 100% recommend it.
