Excellent service!!
Excellent service!!! I have used " HanaCell" many times when I traveled. They reply gentle and easy to understand.
I received SIM card at my destination, I had a little worried about that, but it was okay:-) And of course I have received my phone in Japan , it was super okay!
You can choice where you will receive. It's great.
They advise us in Japanese, it's the biggest reason I choose "HanaCell". :-)

Easy & Great Service, Plan - Recommended!
I was surprised only took 5 days to complete. I ordered "Transfer My Current Cell Number" on 8/6, then it is finished yesterday 8/11, wow. So fast and instructions sent via email from their customer support made easy transaction. I'll recommend my friends.

Hanacell offers reasonable price from 10 dollars a month. I needed a Sim card just to make a call and text so 10 dollar plan was perfect for me. When I lost my phone and had a trouble, they supported me immediately.
