What a great company!
Yes, there was a hitch with the order being misdirected…..but it was sorted….not using email but through the company ringing me and speaking to to me directly, I really appreciated that and it saved a lot of time as we were able to ensure we clear about the next steps.
The item I bought (a window handle) was well described and had sufficient technical detail to be confident that it would fit as it was a replacement.
