From beginning to end, the process was very personal. I visited the factory, and was made to feel very welcome, culminating in a test ride of a similar build to the one I wanted. A few weeks later, I was contacted by the builder, to confirm measurements and check a couple of things. Wow - the bike rides amazing, looking forward to some better weather now!

A good experience. From bike testing to collecting my bike was great. I got the exact bike I wanted in a stunning colour. Very impressed.

I brought a new A1ROevo back in 2023. I was impressed with the attention to detail pre-purchase and have continued to have my bike serviced in-house since. This machine makes me smile everytime I ride. You won't be disappointed 🙂.

Great wheels delivered on time fist class

I chose Handsling because of the customisation options available. I have short cranks which are beneficial for my bad knee and carbon wheels which cope well with the Pembrokeshire winds.

Purchased a A1R0evoS with dura-ace spec. Made the effort and drove to the factory, to spec the bike. The greeting and advice from Simon and rob was first class and made it an enjoyable experience. The bike is superb and I’m looking forward to clocking up the miles on it.

The customer service and everyone was so helpful with the design and understood that the bike was just more then a bike for Rachel.

Functional website made selecting options and bike build simple. Good customer follow up and information flow whilst the bike was in build, and after sales has been spot on. Great overall experience.

The reason I choose Handlsing was they were one of few bike companies that can justify the price of their products. When your spending thousands of pounds on a bicycle the service and experience needs to match the cost. Dont just buy online, buy from a company that will go the extra mile.

Ordered something that showed as in stock and wasn’t.
Then had to wait for what they had to be painted so took a couple of weeks all in all.
The bars seem decent but just not the easiest experience compared with others, but that’s just my experience

Just superb customer service every time

The experience was really great and unexpected, having not experienced a road bike before and had nothing to judge it against.
I have bought some very nice bikes in the past mainly MTB’s and the service is very pleasant. Handsling is in a different league, I expected to sit on a bike and be done with it, sign here pay here we’ll let you know when it’s ready for pick up. I was greeted by staff offered a drink, they explained all about the company and the service I could expect and delivered. I went for a test ride on a bike that was preset for my measurements I had given previously, albeit some adjustments.
I wasn’t dressed for the occasion nor had the correct footwear as I had only ever ridden in flat shoes, they changed the pedals and made it suit. Nothing was too much trouble.
Then down to business, I got to choose everything I wanted, they showed me round the workshop, offering different finishes and accessories, they offered advice and options to suit me, it was all about me which made it a great experience.

The bike, I couldn’t pick the bike up during the working hours of the workshop due to my work and location, this wasn’t a problem, I actually picked the bike up from the directors house mid evening, he explained all about the process and how I operate the bike and service the gear set etc. the bike is in a pearl finish Marine Dream which looks fantastic.
I get compliments everywhere I go. The bikes been a joy to ride, it’s very fast, everything about it is go fast.
Overall very happy, Handsling all the way. I will get another one from Handsling and would recommend them 100%.
