Ordered a hood from her pre sale and it took well over 8 months and weeks of going back and forth. I was so confused cause i ordered from her before and never had an issue. This last experience I had was a turn off which is a shame cause her business is beautiful and I love to support people who want to do the right thing. She never made things clear. I eventually did get my product but lost respect to the brand.

The outfit is so cute!!! It took about 3-4 months which is expected for a custom outfit. They reached out to me for measurements and the custom fabric used so i really liked that aspect. Overall the only issue was the slightly long process and a few loose threads after several uses. 4/5!! 👍👍👍

Happy to know there is a space to post my grievances. Ordered a hat over a year ago at this point. I went through at least 3 different conversations with her in IG dms regarding shipping updates, etc. Each of these inquiries was over one month apart. She didn't respond to the most recent one. Really wish there was a way to flag her page on IG for scamming, but absolutely do not trust this seller. Don't pay her what you aren't willing to lose. Look at the reviews, bimodal distribution with most reviews either being 5 stars or 1 star. Are you really willing to spend your money on a coin flip.

Loved the dress, my only problem was it’s a tiny bit too small. Definitely a problem on my end. She offered to fix it for me thankfully, But other than that I love it! Love her designs!

All the five star reviews must be fake. This is a total scam. I can't believe she still has a loyal social media following and no one has cancelled her for this yet. Ordered from her over 9 months ago, and absolutely nothing. I was pretty patient and understanding of the fact that things take time with a small business, and I tried not to rush her. But there have been no updates. She responded to my first email and asked me to confirm my address, but that's it (that was 7 months ago), absolute radio silence since then.

I ordered my hood and realized I was going to have a shipping issue so I DM'd her on Instagram and she responded super fast, and made sure to ship out my hood before I moved! I knew the shipping would take a while for handmade items but she surprised me with the quick turnaround and saved me so much stress! The hood itself is oversized and comfy, and I will absolutely be buying more to my permanent address🥰 its so soft and comforting. I appreciate how well she handled my mistake and took very good care of me!

Listen to the reviews… I ordered in late October, gave it two months and radio silence. Only my order confirmation. So I emailed and was asked to confirm my shipping address. More time goes by and again no update. So I email again asking if she needed any other info from me. Basically just a bunch of back and forth and excuses for a month, so it’s now been 3 since I ordered. Only when I said I was gonna file a claim with my credit card company did I start getting updates on my orders. My bunny hood came in and it doesn’t even have the handsome girly tag on it? So like, I don’t even know if it’s real or just some drop shipped item. It’s pretty cute, I’m very glad I have it now. But oh my GOD it was such a struggle to get consistent communication. Absolutely not ordering from her again.

So sweet and kind and my girlfriend loves our hoods. Got us matching ones for the spring and I’m so incredibly greatful. LOVE LOVE LOVE ! Did take about a month to come in. But I’m so incredibly greatful for the craftsmanship

Grace made the cutest (and comfiest) set I could ask for. The first set was a little snug, so she made a whole new one from scratch that fit like a glove! I love how it turned out; when I wore it out I got compliments left and right. :)

I would give no stars if I could. This girl does not prioritize her customers. I ordered a hood October 15th and after sending multiple emails and messages on Instagram I finally just asked for a refund and who would’ve guessed it… she shipped it out the very next day. I finally received my hat after waiting for 5 months. Yes her website does say don’t order if you can’t wait 1-2 months but spending 70$ on a hat and waiting half a year is just RIDICULOUS. Idc how small the business. If you cannot commit to your business then you need to delete your website. Along with that when she finally did reply it was just “hi what’s your order number” “ok I’ll send you a new one” no sorrys nothing! Such a joke

I debated buying a hood for a couple weeks and finally decided to pull the trigger, couldn’t be happier. I knew the hood was going to be good quality, but she’s outdone herself. The fit is perfect, the quality is amazing, and truly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m already planning to buy another. I couldn’t say enough good things about my experience. Shipping isn’t going to be as fast as something mass produced!! This is hand made! And the product really reflects her work, time, and love to make these! I’ll definitely be recommending to all my friends!

A creator I follow was wearing one of handsomegirly' bunny hood and I was instantly obsessed! I have now ordered 2 of them. I must express how amazing and thoughtful this creator is, and how quickly they responded to my inquiries. I am so happy I found this creative person online, and look forward to getting more bunny hoods in the future 😍

it took about 6 months in total of back and forth before I received my original order. Eventually I did get her personal number and communication was better after that. However, when I finally received my package, the hood that i’d received is very obviously different from what I ordered. I don’t know if it was a different pattern she used or if she ran out of fabric but the photos that made me want to order this product are not reflective of what I received. She had also reached out to offer me a free gift for the miscommunication and wait time, I am currently another 5 months into trying to chase down that package as well. For $65 I would've thought quality control and customer service would be a bit better /:
edit: I received a text back that the package apparently had been delivered early december. I never received notification of delivery nor did I receive my package. Honestly the whole thing has been very frustrating and unprofessional. save your money.

I ordered a beanie in January 2025, knowing it might take a while, so I waited months without complaining. I emailed them in June and never heard anything back. I even filed a dispute that got denied. That’s $137 for a hat! I’m not letting this go until I get what I paid for. It’s now November 2025, and I had to resort to sending an Instagram DM. This whole thing feels like a scam, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone spend their money on this so-called business.

I ordered a custom outfit and it turned out so beautiful! The craftsmanship and creativity are amazing, and she was really sweet and patient throughout the process. I appreciated all the effort that went into bringing my idea to life — definitely talented and passionate about what she does!

I can say getting information about the tracking was a bit difficult, but in the end i was not scammed and she gave me the beautiful set that i paid for! and on time at that! it fits perfect aswell. i think the communication was my only worry but she’s honestly super sweet and is serious about her craft.

I love what I ordered but it took many months to get it and had to ultimately reach out personally to the shop owner to get my order filled. Not sure what the issue is, maybe something going wrong with the ordering system/online because once I got in contact with her she was really nice and helpful and the product itself is exactly what I ordered.

I purchased the bunny hat . It is beautifully made. The quality is perfect. I order another one in black . Shipping does take a moment but she is one person who makes the product as purchase so it will take a little longer the expect. Great commutator, and no I’m not spam or a robot !
