Ordered August 2024 and heard no word, had to get into an email exchange for her to finally ship and I got it a week ago. It’s ridiculous that I had to basically harass her over email to simply get the product I paid for. I like the earmuffs I got, they’re cute but I wouldn’t order again.

It’s been months and i have no update on my order & no item was ever sent. Do better

Never shipped out my order and it’s been over a year it was hard to contact her and she doesn’t even apologise but she post everyday on social media but doesn’t ship out orders when she finally did a year later the post office said the labels was wrong and told me to contact her she didn’t answer so I wasted 117 dollars on 2 hats DONT SHOP WITH HER IDGAF about her being a small business she unprofessional asf.

I’ve been a fan of Handsomegirly or Grace’s work for some time and was so excited to finally invest in one of her designs. In the beginning of June 2024, I ordered a handmade set from her site, knowing it was a preorder and understanding that, as a small business, production might take time. The website stated orders could take one or two months, and I was more than willing to wait for such a special piece.

Initially, communication seemed promising. I received a confirmation email and an update that the sets would arrive to her by August 13th and ship soon after. However, August came and went without any updates or shipping confirmation. I reached out via email and Instagram DM multiple times over the following months but was met with either no response or rushed, vague replies with unfulfilled promises.

On October 12th, I was told my set would ship the following Monday, but that didn’t happen. After more follow-ups, I discovered that while a shipping label had been created, USPS confirmed the package was never sent. As of December 6th, six months after my order, I still haven’t received the set. To make matters worse, my comments on her Instagram posts asking for updates were deleted or hidden, leaving me feeling ignored and dismissed.

What’s especially frustrating is that I’ve seen the exact set I ordered restocked multiple times on her site and promoted on her Instagram. Additionally, after looking into the brand further, I found that other customers are also experiencing similar issues with unfulfilled orders and poor communication.

Throughout this entire process, I’ve done my best to remain as polite and understanding as possible, giving her ample time to respond and acknowledging the difficulties of running a small business. Despite this, I’ve consistently been met with unprofessional, rushed, or no responses at all.

I truly admire slow fashion and small businesses, and I wanted to support her creative work. However, this experience has been deeply disappointing. I feel misled and treated like a nuisance for simply following up on my order. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in customer service and fulfillment processes, as this business has so much potential if better care is given to its supporters.

As of January 2025, I still haven’t received my order and don’t think I ever will. I believe she is scamming people at this point.
