TV wall mounting

Had to reschedule a few times since prior work didn't get done on time. Finally got TV wall mount done. Out of two helpers, one was more experienced. The other one I felt was jumping to conclusions without looking at studs location in the wall

The communication between Costco and…

The communication between Costco and Handy was not working for my order that is for sure. Also, we had the dishwasher installed and the installer had to come back the next day because he didn’t get something tight enough. It was leaking through the floor into our basement. Then the plate on the bottom of the dishwasher kept coming off, and I had to go buy new bolts to attach them.

I paid extra for my refrigerator and…

I paid extra for my refrigerator and oven to be cleaned and neither one of them was done. I gave a good review because the rest of the house looked fine but was very disturbed that I was charged $28 extra and those two things weren’t done.

THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never ever, ever, ever, ever use these people! I had two people scheduled to show up today, Sunday, at 12 o’clock.

I’m in the middle of moving, and I need two workers to help. I got a notification at 11:15 this morning that they canceled.

Do yourself a favor and don’t even consider using this company. It’s a third-party agency and obviously they do not vet the people who they contract with.

Did I say they were the worst?! They are the worst, the worst, the worst, the worst, the worst!

I pre-paid for a shed installation on…

I pre-paid for a shed installation on 6-23-24. One of the installers failed show therefore the job could not be completed. I followed their procedures to get a refund. Today, 6 weeks later after many phone calls & emails; I am still being told to be patient they are processing it.

Our installer Ashraf was awesome

Our installer, Ashraf, was awesome. He showed up on time was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to complete the job A++, even though his intended scheduled partner Mohammad didn’t show up.
Ashraf hung the 77” TV perfectly, and took extra time to make sure the leveling was absolutely perfect, as he meticulously ensured all the audio equipment worked flawlessly. Ashraf couldn’t have been better. If I could give more than Five stars I would!

Stay well clear

After being let down previously, I was pointed in the direction of the Handy Family. At first all was great and work was planned in to begin in 6 weeks, I purchased all supplies needed to carry out each job. I then received a very blunt email 2 days out from planned work to say that they had overrun on other job so would no longer make it to me!! I responded to say I was disappointed to be let down so late and could we rearrange, I then heard nothing else and was ignored.
I would definitely not recommend the Handy Family to anybody else, what a poor way to run a business and treat customers. Stay well clear!!!!!!

The one professional that showed up was great, but the other helper didn’t show up & called an hour & 1/2 later. I ended up helping and the two of us got the job done.

Worker was polite & focused

Worker was polite & focused.
The time you allotted for him was WAY under calculated! He replaced 2 garage doors.
Your 2 hour job Handy scheduled him for, took him 6 hours.
I hope he will be compensated accordingly.
