I asked for someone to hang tvs. I requested 2 people; they only sent one and the person didn’t complete the job because he needed support. So, I have 2 televisions brackets on my walls but no televisions set up.

TV mounting/installation

Joanna and Michael were enjoyable to talk to while the perfectly set up my 83” TV. They were on time and finished before the appointment was scheduled to end. Couldn’t have gone any better. Handy also communicated , set up appointment promptly and it was easy to reschedule when my TV shipping date was changed.

Everything associated with this company…

Everything associated with this company was excellent. I was notified and reminded about my service appointment. Matter of fact, I had to change the appointment and it was hassle free. The installer was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly.

Cleaning Person Didn't Show Up - $10 credit😳

I requested the cleaning service for 7:30am as I had a tenant moving in that same morning. The cleaning person never showed up, didn't answer phone calls or text. I was compensated with a credit for $10 but when I wanted to reschedule another booking just shy of 24 hours in advanced I was charged $25. Of course, I had to do the cleaning myself and feel $10 credit is an insult.

I received notice that Jamel R

I received notice that Jamel R. ( 5.0 ⭐ | 26 jobs) was assigned to assemble and erect our gazebo. He never contacted me and, on the scheduled date and time, he never showed up. This is a 2 person job. The other contractor, Anthony Redguard, DID show up, and worked diligently to assemble and erect the gazebo. It is a 2 person job, scheduled to take 4 hours. At the end of the 4 hours, he contacted Handy to determine if he would be paid for the additional time it would take for him to finish the job on his own, and was told that he would NOT! Anthony was a very hard and determined worker, diligent and an amazing work ethic. He did finish the project on his own, and I was very lucky he agreed to stay until completion! Can't say enough about Anthony, and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a great handyman. However Handy jeopardized the completion of my project, in my opinion, by not authorizing Anthony to perform and pay him to do the extra work required!
